I have the Magnoli uniform as well. It is green, but can look different under different light. Here are some photos of mine under different light conditions.

If I move the hooks to the end of the modesty cover it should work. I am being sent a longer collar to sew on if I need to. Thanks.

So Cosplay Sky feedback (there are several threads on this elsewhere.. but food for thought on this one).
They mucked up my ISB uniform even after instructions were sent.. the good news.. they were willing to make it right..
For $20.00 they are shipping me a corrected uniform. I also ordered a Line Officer uni.. I will post back once they are in.
Other then the communication barrier I can say I am very pleased with their customer support and their willingness to get it right.
