Hi folks,

I´ve found this gabardine fabric.

The picture was made in sunlight.

What do you think? Does it work for the Lineofficeruniform?

I know where to get the parts. I have a dressmaker and my hard parts i have only to brush myself, so i can choice the Color myself. My only question is about the color of my fabric. If it's not acceptable I will find a grey-green-olive fabric.

And a museum replica is no Alternative for me because of the fitting.

Hi Troops,

my new project will be the at-at commander. My hardparts I´ll get next time.

Meanwhile I´m looking for an officer uniform.

My referencephoto for the colorcomposition (armor + officeruniform) will be this picture from the movie.

My plan is that the color of the armor matches with the softparts. So I prefer a darker grey hardpartcoloration. I want avoid a grey uniform with a green armor.

My question:

Is this fabric ok for an officer? The structure and the thickness is perfect!

I´ve asked this question at the armored cavalary detachment. They advices me to ask the experts here.
