I use a secure dressing room for storing my things while trooping.
-
The eyes and gasmask thing I'm sure you can glue on plastic/rubber parts, but I'm pretty certain you'll have to get a haircut.
-
Hmm...You might have to. The Legion seems to frown upon rubber masks whenever it is at all possible to rely on makeup or prosthetics.
Indeed. There will never be an approved darth maul in a bald cap.

That snowtrooper is known as a snowtrooper commander. He belongs at the blizzard force forum.

Cool, pleased you got some
Cheers mate

I got my dosimeters today. Time to put my old Stephens into storage.
-
Looks like I might get my hands on some after all.

I think you're over thinking it. There are countless of little peculiarities in starwars once you start looking for them.
-
Lets not forget that some actors might have had bigger heads than others and maybe their cap didn't fit as good on them as it did for others. I strongly doubt they all had tailored hats to fit their head.

There are some dimensions listed of the Mauser C96 on wikipedia if that helps: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mauser_C96

The oxide dampens the gloss a bit. It might not form evenly either. But from anywhere that is not really up close (ie a few cm) I doubt anyone will ever notice. It is not reddish like iron oxide (rust).
-
Aluminium oxidises. But the oxide that forms actually helps protect the underlying aluminium from further oxidization.

Meh...

I'd love corrections please!

That looks pretty good actually

You get that by posting in the pinned thread dedicated to the purpose, found in the "getting started" section;

I love derailing!
Thanks for the pic BJ

Oh, I'm very well aware of that. Sweden breaks rules like that all the time. Like dealing to countries engaged in active conflicts.
-
At the end of the day it's just an invention by the 501st to identify different groups of costumes.
-
Whoever made that gun obviously had no issue dealing to both sides.

That's the blaster Dengar has, isn't it?

Sweet! So in thinking about this, how could we re-word the CRL to account for the screen accurate detailing? Right now the CRL for this is not very specific.
That's a tough one because it's hard to describe the shape in words.
But here's how it looks when worn anyway.
-
Should be more like a maroon colour. But brown is a decent half-way. Black is used by troopers, but it's not accurate to what was used in the movies.
-
I got the holster yesterday btw, and it looks and feels great.
Congratulations BJ
