    The TK designation is only used to signify stormtroopers in the white armor. We still dont really know what the difference between the olive and black officers are. The current theory is that the black officers are low grade army officers, thus stormtrooper officers. Even if they are, we still dont know if they are truly stormtroopers, or just officer who have been given the task of leading stormtroopers.

    With all that being said, the real reason they have a separate designation is to differentiate between one costume and another. :)

    Hello, Comrades,

    Forgive me if this was already discussed or if it's just a dumb question...but if the majority of Staff/Black Uniform Imperial Officers are recognized by most to be Stormtrooper Commanders and such, then why are not said officers designated as TK rather than ID? Or is it the rule that TK's are ONLY to identify Stormtroopers in full battle (white) armor, rather than just a Stormtrooper, be it that he/she is in armor or command uniform. I guess what I'm trying to say is that a Marine Captain is still a Marine Captain be it whether he is in combat BDU's or his Dress Blues, so would not the same follow for Stormtroopers...whether they be in combat armor or in command uniform/garrison uniform?

    Just curious...forgive my ignorance! :)

    Officer Boots

    Hey all, I'm trying to find a pair of high quality knee high riding boots suited for an Imperial Officer or ROTJ Luke Skywalker. Most of the boots I've found are size 12 at the largest which is unfortunate since I wear size 13/14 (You know what they say about men with big feet? Shoping for boots is a nightmare) If anybody knows a website that ships to Australia that sells good quality Officer Boots OR someone who can tailor make them I would be very thankful.

    Would these do? Great company and product and they sell a US 13...
