Which line officer wore 6 blue tiles in his rank bar? I saw that on the chart, but can't remember this configuration...

I'm still trying to put together a staff officer/Praji, wanting to also do an ISB and I've been banging my head against the wall trying to put together a storm commando/shadow scout. Because the black armor looks really cool, despite living in south east Texas...
Best wishes as you work on these. The black armor of shadow troopers does look really sharp

I'm sorry to hear that it's still not working I hope they can get it fixed soon.

I researched Magnoli a few weeks ago and from what I read here, they weren't making hats to match the uniform :\

Hm, when I view http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Main_Page I see this:
When I search, I see the results page:
Do you see different things? If you have the link saved in a bookmark or know the title of the Wookieepedia page, you can send it to me and I can try to download the article and email it to you tonight. I know how frustrating it is when you can't access resources, ack. I hope your computer gets fixed soon, too.

Hm, I'm not having trouble. There are ad images on the side of the site (as always) but I don't have to log in to anything to see the articles.
Is there a particular link that you're using to access Wookieepedia? If you enter the site through a Google search, does it still act that way?

hopefully ill have my first one done by the summer (trachta)
then my second by fall (4-lom)
Best wishes as you work on these! How are they going?

I'm also working on a non canon outfit that is for any non canon events, and I have most of it, just have to put it all together after some painting and sewing
And have another that I'm working on in conjunction with a Squadmate. It's just in the planning stage at the moment
Oh, what are these going to be?

Crewman and Navy Trooper is a good combination
And you're welcome - I've really enjoyed hearing everyone's stories, too.

My second Legion-approved costume was the Navy Trooper.
I didn't realize that the IN was one of your first - that's really neat. And I love all these pictures! Are you working on any costumes now?
-
Thanks so much for sharing your stories and experiences! Wow, I don't even know where to start responding - you've done such cool things and had such adventures

Hi everybody,
I'm curious to hear your stories What was your first 501st or IOC costume? Why did you choose it and what was it like when you went trooping in it for the first time?
Did you go on to build lots of other costumes or is there one that is "you"?
(If this sort of discussion exists somewhere else, just point me in the right direction - thanks!)

Ah, I see! Thanks, Serge.

Just out of curiosity, what measurements do they ask for when you place an order?

You guys all look great! And I love that IN headset

I found the answer!
In Issue 40 of the Star Wars Insider magazine, there's an article about Motti on pages 18-20. The article quotes Mr. LeParmentier, "they had this white uniform picked out, but it was for a guy about 5'5", and it obviously wasn't going to fit. So I was outfitted like the rest and became General Motti."
I wonder if the white uniformed officers were originally intended to be Navy officers.

Welcome to the IOC, Mel, and congratulations on your recent approval! Looking forward to seeing your Juno build

"Likewise, John told me that the white/cream uniformed guy in the Death Star conference was modeled after Goering, and he was meant to be a sort of Air Field Marshall of the Imperial Fleet."
I have a question that might be related to this. I read the following on Wookieepedia:
"Motti was originally slated to be an Admiral, but when LeParmentier proved to be too tall for the Admiral's uniform that was to be his costume, he was fitted in a General's uniform and the character's rank was changed. The Star Wars Expanded Universe later solidified his rank as Admiral despite the costume discrepancy.[17]"
Does anyone know what this means? Does it refer to the color of the uniform? I wonder if they originally intended to give Admiral Motti a white-cream uniform instead of olive-grey?

You did the right thing by posting on the 501st/IOC Member Status Request thread with your link and ID. An admin will grant you the access as soon as they have time.

Thanks

Can someone tell me who says this line in ANH? I think it's Admiral Motti, but since his back is to the camera, I wasn't sure. "The final check-out is complete. All systems are operational. What course shall we set?"
