Well, I took advantage of the 10% code that Anovos has which expires this evening. I ordered a grey officers uniform for my wife and as long as we get it before celebration next year we'll be happy. Lets hope it doesn't take that long!

I have a hard time understanding how their "Premier" uniform package is $1000 better than the "Standard" uniform. Anyhow, I'm probably going to order a standard uniform set for my wife this weekend since I got e-mailed a 10% off Memorial Day sale code from them.

I received the size 46 boots today from Hessen, they fit me much better, although the right foot is slightly uncomfortable, but not so bad that I can't deal with it. I normally wear a US size 11 1/2 ~ 12 and I had to get the 46 which they call a 13. For the price they are indeed excellent boots. They just need a good shine and a non slip sole and then they will be good to go.

FYI, Hessens riding boots do not run Large like their website says, they actually run small. If you click on the tab that says "size table" you can see the actual inch measurement. For example a Euro size 45/US 12 they have marked as 10 7/8" this is really more like a Euro 45/US 11. I just got a pair of 45 second hand off of ebay and I am going to have to return them to the seller because they are way too small. Normally a Euro 45 fits me fine.

Thanks BJ! I will try and get some more photos uploaded when i get a chance. In the meantime here is a short video that was shot by my new sister in law on her phone. It is me followed by my best man and we are inspecting the troops which were "guarding" the stage during our ceremony.

This past Sunday I married the love of my life and we had a Star Wars themed imperial wedding. I put together my Staff Officer uniform specifically for this, but after we get back from the honeymoon I will officially join a garrison. I wanted to thank everyone here on the forum for all the great information which enabled me to get my uniform together. Here is a quick shot which was taken during our first dance.

Anovos may be an American company, but they are having all this stuff made in China as far as I know, so they are probably at the mercy of the Chinese factories and their delivery schedule.
