How do I get access to the sections concerning elections  

[Code Cylinder Pockets]

I've looked around, though not extensively, but can't seem to find dimensions for the Code Cylinder Pockets that are required on each side of my Thrawn tunic. I see a description of placement, but not how wide the pocket is to be. Any help or pics would be appreciated as these are the only thing holding up my approval.
