I am now in talks with CosplaySky, They are being more than accomodating and have given me a pants replacement opportunity which is more than generous.
When I finalise the replacement measurement requirements with them I will let you all know what would be better to add to the order form to clarify future orders.
From what I can gather it may be better to separate the pants measurements if you are odd-shaped as the 'waist' can be taken at different points up the torso if you are tall/short. And although it may be correct for a shaped shirt/jacket pants may often be worn lower as with me, about my pelvic bones.
I included the suggested measurements specified in an earlier post, but also as with additional suit mesasurements -
shoulder-to-shoulder distance (the tunics have padding that look funny if too wide/short)
Centre-back (back of the neck to the waist - this gives jacket pinch point and belt seam line)
Neck to hips/pants for basic jacket length
