Hi everyone, I'm working on a LT-319 costume build, the IIO officer from Star Wars Rebels.
 

 
Most of the character's top half can be seen in the episode he was in but no full shots of the lower half are available for the specific character.
 

 

 

 
There are shots of his colleagues but I'm not sure if the LMO/DLs would allow using these as proxy for LT-319's lower half.
 

 

 

 

 

 

 
I have the 3D models for the chest and headpieces ready for printing but I wanted to get the detachment's input first before proceeding with the project. Any help will be much appreciated!

According to Wookiepedia:
"The Imperial Information Office (IIO) was an Imperial government office that was part of Imperial Intelligence. The Rodian Tseebo was an employee of the Information Office before escaping with the help of the Spectres rebel cell. Later, a team of IIO operatives led by Controller LT-319 tried to expose the location of Chopper Base by hacking into the astromech droid Chopper."
 
 

I think the pants and jacket would be matching.  In terms of "in universe" looks, I wonder if it isn't a jumpsuit with belt loops rather than a jacket and pants.
For the blinking pattern, I'd guess you would need to match it ala the way the Sith Lords require Vader's stuff to blink accurately.
On a side note, in the episode do they specifically call out what branch he is with?  Navy, Army, Imperial Intelligence Bureau?  I ask so we can figure out if the costume would belong here or elsewhere.
It's a cool costume, and I'd love to see it happen.  I just want to help figure out if it would be one of ours or not.

Hopefully they will make a CRL covering both, and not have to have one for each unique individual!
