  1. I find that wearing my belt at the military waist is better for me, a little higher than the navel. That is where I wear my British web gear for WWII reenacting and it looks better. That is also where Cosplaysky put my waist seam, so, there you go. Definitely worn higher than the belt on your jeans. Because of my build the belt stays up naturally there I don't have to fiddle with it; you may want a strip of velcro hidden in the back under the belt to hold yours up.

  2. Cosplaysky has put the Deluxe Imperial Officer Uniform on temporary sale for $69!! I just got them to make an olive Line Officer uniform with the sale price. This basically covers the customization cost, with shipping and an extra yard of fabric for the hat I spent 149 out the door! It must've only been a couple days discounted it is down to 12 hours 58 minutes for the special price last I checked. You want that deluxe uniform, get it now.

  3. I reenact Soviet GPW as well! Some officers use Soviet Boots for at least basic approval. They don't fit my calves or I would've considered going that way. When I ordered my black staff officer uniform from Cosplaysky their jodhpurs were misshapen. I patterned better pants from my M43 pants, they have much better shaped flairs. I would try to get approval with your sagopai boots definitely, and if you sew, those NKVD trousers wouldn't be bad to base a pattern off of. Good luck comrade!

  4. Here is my garment luggage, it is nice to organize all your accessories and get them in there.

  5. I use a luggage garment bag from goodwill, i've had it for years and it cost 7 bucks. it has the hook you can hang on the back of the door and the outside pockets has room for my belt, gloves, holster dh-17 and power5 blasters, the bag is even strong enough to hold my boots! Highly recommend as the strap makes it easy to carry your uniform and everything easily to the troop.
