i orderd a extra piece of cloth for the hat . the belt and buckle are just to see how it fits . i orderd the right ones yesterday same as the rankbar and dosimeters and code disk for the hat

For me I try to think of clearance submission pictures as the best possible pictures of your uniform you can get. For a WIP it's fine to be rough and ready, but your final submissions should be as if the Emperor himself was inspecting you
 
Thanks for the positive response to my feedback, I'm pleased you've accepted it as constructive. Putting your uniform up for additional levels of clearance is an admirable thing, and daunting especially as your progress is visible to fellow 501st members.

I agree with this. Those would be good for basic approval, but you may want to go with leather. Leather not only looks better, but also breathes better so your feet will be more comfortable. PVC or pleather type products really don't have much give. This is especially important if you have calves bigger than maybe 17". Just because they have your shoe size doesn't necessarily mean they'll fit over your calves. Leather can be stretched a couple of inches. PVC or pleather, not so much.
You might want to research carefully and maybe put in a few extra bucks towards boots. You'll be happier in the end (and so will your feet!).

This has been an issue with Cosplaysky recently. Send them an email detailing the problem and show this picture. They should make you a new tunic or have you go to a tailor and they will pick up the costs. Be polite but firm with them and tell them this is for 501st. They used to be very attentive to our needs but based on the number of complaints and ignoring or messing up people's measurements lately, I think their quality has gone down in the last couple months. As long as they are still good in the customer service realm I still recommend them, but if that starts to slip, we're really going to have to explore new vendors.

The Aurabesh on the bands have the names of famous Imperials 

Well, from the VD it seems, that in FO there seems to be different designs for different rank "ranges" (Lieutenant+Captain ; Major+Colonel ; General + Admiral). I'm starting this topic up, with the thought to gather as many pictures (especially detailed ones) and conduct discussion about the navy blue uniforms (which seem to have completely different design that the other ones, and be worn by the senior, but not flag officers). Colonel Datoo had one of them on him, if I remember correctly.

Am I the only one who notices, the resemblance to the old Imperial officer uniform design? With the flap, and everything? Only the collar and upper part of the front flap are somewhat changed. Don't you think?

Hello fellow officers! Ben Salisbury and myself marched in the Bakersfield Christmas Parade on Thursday Dec. 3. My squad, The San Joaquin Squad of the Southern California Garrison, were joined by members of the L.A. Squad and the South Valley Squad of the Central California Garrison. No but i just found and bought a MUR uniform too

I have combed through the Endor footage myself, but have been unable to find any olive line officers with any sort of weapon. I see alot of pointing going on, but that's it I would say vertical belt boxes and holster are not accurate for any line officer until on-screen proof is found.

I am really stoked for Halloween this year because I finally getting the pieces for my Imperial Outfit. I'm basically going for the Moff Tarkin look.
Hopefully everything will come in before 10/31. It would be cool to get it before 10/24 for my daughters 1st Halloween party. She's going to be a witch. (she tells me "no! it's a scary witch" If I get my gear, I will tell her you will be an Imperial Witch.
