Ryan "obsidianwolf87" Altstatt from the Biloxi, Mississippi area requesting an advisor to help me get my feet on the ground and start walking me through what I need to do to start prepping an Imperial Navy Grand Moff uniform. This would be a first time build of any sort, I have friends on the line to help with the sewing/crafting but would need patterns, recommendations on vendors to buy boots from, insignia, code cylinders. I am as rookie as rookie can be with this process and want to get a great start of a lifetime hobby!

Holding Hask up to Luke Skywalker is a bit of a reach don't you think? XD

Separate CRL's creates a bunch of work when we come to amend something. Hux underwent a huge overhaul and was vastly improved. That was a while ago and the Generic General is still sat as it was, so now if someone wanted to clear a General they would be held to a different standard as someone wanting to clear specifically a Hux when its the same costume??

I'm a gml and I find a crls work better for a specific characters too many different versions on one can get lost and confused the Rotj warrant officer is a example its lost on the warrant officer  crl the amount of people who don't about it is staggering the same would happen to hask

I am not sure what we should do. There does not seem to be any consistency when it comes to code cylinders and belt boxes. We do not know if that was done on purpose or if it is a wardrobe malfunction.

I also do not know what we should with the officer with the IN helmet. Where should we put him? Should we add the helmet as an optional item in this CRL or should we make a separate TESB, ROTJ, R1 CRL where rank bars and code cylinders are optional if worn in this configuration. There are just questions over questions.

I think just keep the helmet a optional item

There arent any patches on the sleeves, so those will obviously need to be put on. I cant really see any details of the pocket arrangement or anything (I havent spent too much time looking mind you), so I cant actually say if it would be approvable or not.

    It does come with patches

I did some color changes with the reference photos. That Warrant officer is also wearing the short gloves. The part that I thought was the flare of the possible gauntlet is his hand and the part that I thought was his hand is a darker part of the wall. The proportions of that guys arms still look kind of strange to me but I am quite sure that he is not wearing gauntlets. So we now know that all the warrant officers in ROTJ wore the short gloves.
