Wibbles got a reaction from Trachta in A question: Has anyone done Admiral Screed?
Okay, I did a tiny bit of digging and found a couple of reference pictures to work from. The outfit is definitely grey, as opposed to the standard olive that most Line Officers wear. From what I can see, we can break down the costume into a few components:

HAT: The hat appears to be a standard Imperial Officer hat, recoloured. The majority of the hat is dark grey to match the belt and pouches, wheras the front is a light grey, matching the stripes on the greatcoat and the gloves.

COAT: The greatcoat looks to be based loosely on on a WWII German greatcoat, but with enough modifications that it would likely need to be scratch-built. There whole thing is a medium to light grey, single-breasted with three triangular buttons on the chest and light grey trim along the edge. It also has this same light grey in two diagonal lines leading from the hips to meet at the bottom-inner corner of the front of the coat. There are also two pouches, dark grey, that appear sewn onto the arm and 'leg' of the coat, matching the belt in colour. There are two stripes of light grey material over the right shoulder, but the belt obscures the left from view. Given the already asymmetrical structure, I doubt these would be present on the left side.

BELT: The belt is dark grey, around as wide as a standard officer belt on the right side before joining into a wider 'kidney guard' belt on the left. There is a strap on the left side that goes up over the shoulder and joins under the kidney belt in a manner reminiscent of the 'Sam Browne' belt used by cavalrymen in the 20th century. There appears to be black detailing on the 'kidney plate' and a pair of light grey greeblies on the shoulder strap - a cylinder on the front of the strap and some kind of box on the top.

GLOVES: Light-grey, to match the detailing on the greatcoat and the hat. These look like they might be mechanical in nature - I'd have to re-watch the Droids series to be sure.

BOOTS: Appear to be dark grey or black army-style boots with ribbed padding over the 'laces' section. Will need to do more research to see if they match any real-world boot designs.

There's also the CYBERNETICS, which cover the left eye and wrap around to the back of the head, resting over the ear.

    That's my observations so far.
