That seems to be the general theme I've seen. (as to pants) but tunics seem to be always no problem other than "stiffening of the collars'

Good info. I just ordered from them today and added shoulders and neck size in inches and centimeters. I lift weights so have a bigger chest and shoulders than waist. Pants are 34" in jeans but I measured 38" I can always have them taken in
May have to just fix leg flares on receipt with a seamstress here. I may follow up with ur other suggestions tomorrow. For 501st requirements

Here is the rest of the staff officer costume parts (pending tunic and pants on order from cosplaysky and belt boxes on order from Italica and gauntlets.l from ebay. Soon will be asking for status. Still need Merr Sonn finish AND HOLSTER!! Help!?!

My recent build or conversion of DH17. I have a standard stormtrooper holster from www.jedirobeamerica for that one. Only $35.00 USD. Great deal and reputable company but NO MERR-SONN 5 holsters

I'm in the middle of a Merr-Sonn 5 Blaster build using a C96 - 12" mauser air soft pistol and a conversion kit. No worries there but will need a brown leather or "pleather" holster if anyone knows someone selling or producing them for sale and are canon.?? Attached pic is my start mauser from Ebay (along with a smaller 9" size NOT to use. But shown for reference. . any help is appreciated. New here and great vibe from All.

I used this one here and I modified the top section for the Merr Sonn, also I used a brown material at first then found better pictures showing a burgundy colour so I changed to that one. My first holster photo below, will post the new colour one when I get back to the computer.
May I ask what airsoft gun is that? it's beautiful
