This is my MazCave tunic. It is coming in around 1.8". Fortunately, I have a long turkey neck. Admittedly, it still feels like something I am wearing to improve my head and neck posture.  Took me a bit to get used to a collar that is higher than my other tunics, but after a few hours of wearing it, the feeling wore off.

FYI- I am in love with the caf cup. Great for holding electrolyte water to stay hydrated.

Just a single trench-coat, although I love it. It's an olive green that goes with my non-saga military officer.

Not sure if I can wear it with the V2 pants (straight pants), but here it is.

    And, with the v1 pants:

Not a huge fan of the belted look, but here's that one, too:

There isn't any more difference in Andor tunics than any other tunics when compared with their movies.
ANH belts had unfinished edges and no grooves
ANH Tunics and anthology uniforms have longer skirts.
ESB and most of ROTJ have shorter skirts.
ANH and anthology have higher collars.

For those reasons, there's no plans for an Andor specific CRL.
We just need to update the crl tro match what we added to Dedra's:
OPTIONAL: White material may contain a very light gray tint (a cool white as opposed to a creamy warm white). Keep in mind ambient lighting has a dramatic effect on photographs, so a cool white tunic may appear to be warmer based on lighting.

    That image came from StarWars.com.

    https://www.starwars.com/databank/imperial-death-troopers

StarWars.com also has a number of screenshots from Andor in their "Stills Gallery"

    https://www.starwars.com/andor-stills-gallery

I'm putting together a gallery of photos we can use for reference. I have a number of trench coat shots (different angles.)

Another shot with the Death Troopers, (since you seemed to like the other one so much.)

What are the difference between the Kenobi coat and the Partigaz/Blevin coat? I'm sure there might be differences. I'm just not seeing them?

No, this is the only coat I have in progress. I'm fine with doing either a Kenobi or Andor version. I was just hoping to do the newer styling for my non-saga officer. (I did consider also doing a coat for my ISB officer/Dedra Meero in progress. But, I have so few occasions to wear a coat while trooping. My one coat will make rare enough appearances as it is.)

I currently have a Dedro Meero tunic in progress with Francesco. We discussed the color this week (since it's been a topic of discussion here.) He said he's searching on the light grey, but at the moment he's told everyone he will use cool white.

Cool white is actually a good description for the color. This term is normally used more in terms of describing LED colors or paint colors, but it is defined as a white that contains more "blue light," or a white that is "blue white."

I have a suggestion, based upon something we were discussing in our garrison ISB Build group. We were also talking about colors there. One of our build group members, Jeremy, shared this image from when he was working on the Death Watch Live Action CRL. They used this chart to make sure everyone got the colors correct, even with Pantone to Hex conversions. Both Pantone and Hex values are offered for all of the colors to ensure all who were building kept the colors within the same family of hues. Creating a similar chart could be a valuable tool in ensuring the pieces of the Andor ISB Officer are within the correct family of hues.

    Thoughts?

@buckrogersbarker You're exactly correct. Darts are intended to shape around body contours. Darts can also enhance garments by creating style lines for a a unique or distinct look. "2 to 3 inches" allows a great deal of adjustment for individual body shape. An inch can make a tremendous difference in tailoring.

    Hello-

Adding in a new update for after elections.

Francesco, from MazCave, pointed out the dart on the attendant is not correct. The CRL should match the Dedra CRL. The dart seem should be 2-3 inches.

As per our conversation with @chicken45 (and his conversation with Katrina), the CRL could be reworded so the dart line ends where the code cylinder pockets begin.

    Ok...back at my desk.
I think it is clear that a one size fits all trenchcoat solution will not work.
We should keep the existing coats the same, and make new ones.
We don't have to try to fit the square peg into round hole.

    You'll see:
    TRENCHCOAT, ROGUE ONE VERSION
TRENCHCOAT, KENOBI VERSION (not a lot of good references...but I think this is different from R1 when compared to the Visual Dictionary pics)
TRENCHCOAT, WHITE, ANDOR VERSION, MALE (pocket flaps point inwards, no visible pocket stitching)
TRENCHCOAT, WHITE, ANDOR VERSION, FEMALE (same as male version but has a different front cut)
TRENCHCOAT, OLIVE, ANDOR VERSION (pocket flaps point outwards and have visible pocket stitching.

So, this means you can tell Maz "Just make the Andor coat like it looks on screen".

I don't think I actually said the words "we submitted this to the LMO" in this thread, but we did a week or so ago. We had some back and forth and it's under review! We hope to hear back soon.
