Just to put you further at ease, here's a picture of the width and height of the buttons I received (part #s in my previous post).  I'm measuring the last red tile in each picture.

 

They are the accurate size and my rank bar is approved.

 

Width (1/2 "):   width.jpg

 

Height (3/4 "):   Height.jpg

 

Any variation is due to the tape not being perfectly flat; it's what I had in reach

 

Hi ray, care to share how to stick the buttons to the plate?
