Basically, start off by snapping some pictures. Then you have to find your GML on here:

I was wondering if these boots would be acceptable for level three? I know they are leather with no zippers, but do they have to be "english riding/equestrian" boots? Or will these also be accepted? Thanks!

FYI:
Well good news is that Summer is back from vacation over at Cosplaysky. Unfortunatly they are not offering custom size uniforms at this time. I have contacted them and Summer said that they will start taking custom measurements hopefully in late October.
So to everyone ordering from Cosplaysky, you won't be able to order a custom size. But don't worry, they'll be back to taking orders possibly as early as late October.

Some people say that the color isn't perfect, might be too light. But they are still 100% 501st acceptable, given that it fits you right.
I'm sure you've been warned not to buy the hat. Make sure you ask for for a half a yard of extra matching fabric for your order. People like Gina on here will make you a hat with that fabric. You'll just have to order a notched disk from someone like elvistrooper. Then you'll have a quality matching hat.
Also, there's the notorious jodhpur issues with the company, but I think that's covered in the thread below.
