  1. I agree with BensID39999. I personally don't see anything wrong with the color and the fit is great on you. You would be better off improving/finishing the areas that need done and upgrading later if it still bothers you.

    For the matching hat, requesting an extra bit of fabric that your uniform was made from will best ensure a match. The belt also looks to be inaccurate, at a minimum the code disc pending any detail shots. I'm assuming that's the Cosplaysky one?

  2. Just to put you further at ease, here's a picture of the width and height of the buttons I received (part #s in my previous post).  I'm measuring the last red tile in each picture.

    They are the accurate size and my rank bar is approved.

    Height (3/4 "):  post-8848-0-16141000-1452133751_thumb.jp

    Any variation is due to the tape not being perfectly flat; it's what I had in reach :)

  3. The code disc on the buckle and the hat (which Cosplaysky uses the same for both) are not accurate in design.  It's flatter than an accurate code disc, lacks the center indentation, and does not have the notch; though the last point is a level 2 requirement and above.

    CosplaySky version:

    Museum Replicas version (accurate):

    General consensus is to avoid both the CosplaySky hat and belts for a number of reasons.

  4. Here is a quick pic side by side with my Museum Replicas cap  The CosplaySky is on the left; the MR on the right.  As others have indicated, the size of the CosplaySky cap is huge.  A few other things to note:

    • The shape of the CosplaySky cap itself is cylindrical rather than the accurate conical shape;
    • The brim and top flap of the cap are not only large, but the shape of the edges are uneven.  This may be due to whichever tailor constructed the cap but it seems to be a consistent issue;
    • The code disc is not accurate and would need replaced.

  5. My recommendation would be to keep her in a standard IOC uniform in accordance with the rank she is wearing at any given time along with the cord/leather bracelet/strap.

    Agreed. And it's made clear several times in the story that she keeps that cord in her pocket since there's no regulation restricting that.

  6. They didn't say they wouldn't assist further, just asking for an explanation as to why it took two months from your receipt of the item until you reported an issue so they can escalate the case because it's outside of their policy.

    I think it's a reasonable question which you've answered here and should respond to them in kind. If they still won't offer any assistance then you can write them off.

    Keep in mind, there is also a language consideration here (English as a second language) so things can get lost in translation particularly through email.
