I was wondering about the boots, but I saw a crewman before me get approved with similar boots so I thought they would be OK.

I'm probably not going be getting new boots though. It was hard enough to find those in a size 13.

Hi, I'm still new at this. Can someone explain the reasons for aa 2nd level certification in the CRL? I'm assuming that first level is what you needed to be a 501st member. What extra benefit does having a 2nd level certification do? I've been looking around but can't seem to find an answer. Thanks.
