I think the rank bar is attached to the cloak, yes. The left guy is the captain pilot of the Krennic's shuttle, I suppose (From the Rogue One novelization), so a Pilot/Crew, it make sense that he's a staff officer.

I think these two officers with Krennic on Eadu are staff officers, they are present on Scarif on the control room, the color is clearly black.

Should they be symmetrical on each side of the waist ? The one next to where the front panel closes (On my photo) seems too close (3cm), the other seems to be at the right place (5cm).

Hi !

 

I have a question about my cosplaysky tunic :

There are two darts on the front of the tunic, where the waist seam is, on each side of the front panel. I wonder if this is screen accurate ? They are not symmetrical, one is 3cm from where the front panel closes, the other is 5cm on the other side. 

 

I need to send back the tunic to cosplaysky because the collar is big, I want to know if these darts must be changed too ?
