[How-to: Flare Stiffening]

I did the interfacing. Discovered it made the whole thing worse, peeled it out and used heavy spray starch. Worked great. I'm not sure if my height had to do with the interfacing not working right. I'm 5'2" and the jodhpurs look funny on me!!!
