I'm a big fan of the MuR caps, even if they are not quite as tall as they should be.  I have one and troop with it.  They have more of a "military cap" look to them, and they have that edging along the front and back flaps, which almost no one has if they are buying a fan made one.  In my opinion, the only reason you shouldn't use the MuR cap is if it is falling apart on you. 

Well thanks guys i hope if more ppl take a look they lean towards the museum aswell I have had that for months since I started my uniform build and I like it better I met at a greet some tie reserve pilots and the hand made one looks a lot like they were wearing now I understand there prob the same CLR on both but just what I noticed

I would say if your jacket and jodhpurs are Museum Replicas I would go with the MUR hat, that way the fabric will be an exact match. I know matching the fabric isn't that big of a deal with the staff officers but that's what I would like IMO. You got two great hats there.

Im still leaning towards the MUR as i like the peak better but if you use magnets on the disk you can use both

Ok I'll do that I have a visitor here and she thinks the museum looks more like the CLR pic of the guy in the uniform but the other measures out closer to the CLR lol
