Here is the v1 and v2 comparison. I went with direct dimensions listed in the Rebels Era Belt thread. My modeling software isn't great, so the circle isn't perfect, but some sanding should go a long way.

This is mine that gianphilo did. As you can see, the hole in the middle is definitely larger Han the rivet, but also it's a heck of a lot taller than what you have. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the reference!  It definitely helps.  I think I'll go somewhere in between the height I have and the height you have.

You can if you'd like!  I'm going to increase the height slightly and tighten in the inner circle. I think I'm also going to slope the angle into the inner circle on the top of the donut.  I'll see how that looks.

Does it look like the inner cavity is about the same size as the rivet to the right (as you are looking at it) of the buckle?

I would love some any feedback on the overall look of my buckle.  I modeled it and had it printed.  I think it is pretty close, but I'm interested in tweaks I could make.
