Hi Pedro! I am in the process of reviewing the backlog of Executor and Imperator submissions on the forums. It looks like you were in the process of modifying your hat to add some interfacing and make the top piece smaller. Were you ever able to complete this, and if so can you please submit updated photos? Thanks!
hello, thanks for getting to this! I've the intention on getting a new smaller hat that will do the job. But I'm building 3 other costumes and don't know when I'm getting back to this level 3 submission again.

I can agree to the push buttons dimensions but please bare in mind that push buttons made in countries that follow the metric rule maybe don't have 3,2mm but wil have 3mm, 4mm or 5mm as the depth example. So I suggest as is also present in mostly IOC CRLs that the term - Approximately - should be used.

I'll sort it out.

Hey Sean,
As always thanks for reviewing my submission.
I'm having a look at my hat at the measure is the measure of my head. Though I can see that it misses the interfacing both in the sides and in the top. This is a Cosplaysky fabric which is thinner than other quality type fabrics, so it definitely needs interfacing.
Do you think that adding interfacing will solve the issue?

Hi @DarthFunk83
I got a new hat and I would like to request again Imperator status for a Staff Officer.

Do you mean submitting multiple L3s? One for R1 and one for ANH?
Multiple submissions of Staff Officers is allowed, but note that with each additional submission, the level of accuracy is expected to go up. Meaning you can submit an R1 Staff Officer (Dunstig Pterro) as long as you have all the appropriate R1-style accessories, and you can submit for an ANH Lt., but with the appropriate ANH accessories. However, with the second submission, we may be more strict with submission, requiring more details of accuracy for that particular officer.
For more details, see this thread:
Oh no. I was just thinking in one submission. Just considering the available options. Thanks!

As to say I can also replicate the previous ANH Lieut.? - four blue push button rank and etc. as before? - And which I got approved up to level 2?

Hi there @DarthFunk83 ,
I ask for some clarification on the recent changes in the Staff Officer CRL. If the context is now Rogue One, Solo, etc. Do we have to replicate an Officer from that movies right? I'm planning to replicate Captain Dunstig Pterro, the personal aide of Director Krennic. He as 2 code cylinders with silver clips, a 4 blue push buttons rank and optionally wrist size gloves and R1 size belt boxes. Is that alright? Some items are not in the current CRL but I'm most sure they will be when all changes are made.

I realize this thread hasn't been updated in a bit, but am just trying to help...:)
As I just posted about this in a recent thread of my own--related to this topic--I thought the following might help anyone with planning/this CRL plotting.
While doing another deep dive re-watching of R1 tonight, I captured the following screenies. After re-watching Solo, too, I captured black uniformed officers in both boots and straight pants (as someone asked about earlier in this thread), and can provide those screenies, if needed.
Stefan posted in the OP:
"MerrSonn Power5 Blaster – No Staff Officer in Rogue One is seen with a blaster or holster, not sure if it should be removed or if we still allow Blasters"
That bit is also touched on under holster and the DH17 mention.
Photos (I have larger versions available, should anyone need them):
Screenies I took tonight:
SE-14r blaster, in holster (later given to K-2SO by Jyn), on at least one "staff" officer (black uniform--one of the same guys posted about throughout this thread) in Rogue One. You have to play/pause rather quickly to catch this in this scene.
Like I said, just trying to help.
When I saw this scene for the first time I've thought that this SE-14r blaster and holster could be optional for the Staff Officer CRL.

Is he holding a swag cane?

Just to tell that the Good and Old Cosplaysky site is back online!

Apparently Cosplaysky web is down for upgrade and will be back online in a week - according to a mail inquiry reply I've done last Fiday. Until then they point you to the newcossky site.

I wash all my tunics and jodhpurs from CS (I have a black and white uniform) with 30°C program and a mild detergent, without any other clothes in the machine. It works perfectly. After washing I hang my tunics on a clothes hanger to dry, et voilá
Hi Steven,
Does the interfacing holds up well with that?

Happy new year to everyone!

Hi Sean,
I'll speak to the seamstress that made the hat about this and hopefully solve the issue. Thanks for the pictures, it will help to better illustrate what's needed.

Here it is:
If you need more angles or perspectives let me know. I also do have a protuberant back skull bone that doesn't help.

Maybe provide a close-up side view of the hat. Maybe that will clarify things.
Of course...because the hat top should be oval...the conical effect is from the crown right? At least you've now seen an unseen image in an Imperator submission. There's always a first time...! I'll post it later.

Like this conical?
