Cant remember if i said before but Im going to be honest and say that i want to see push button rank bars only because thats what they clearly are
L1 correct rank L2 push buttons maybe. Would that be ok?

Ehh. After looking closely at the pictures from the Imperial Tech how the Jumpsuit looks on the front, I've come to the conclusion either the director and designers were on crack, or the costume design team looked over at us and said "Replicate THIS, suckers!"

I know Dave liked creating new clones because we would make them (his words from a celebration interview I believe). So it might be the same here.

This looks like the same caplet as Krennic has. As supposed to the coats used on Jeda.

Hair should be (In my opinion) described as sandy brown and greying. Kind off a nitpick, but better than just brunette.
Cape. As this is a big piece of who he is, I would suggest seams match as close as possible to screen references for lvl 1
Hat. Disk should be all lvls I feel, and I unless we see him with it in the standard uniform and cape then it should not be part of this CRL (If that makes sense.)
Just my ideas on this.

Just a guess here. I think it is possible that rank bars (canonically) had an upgrade between ANH and ESB. If we ignore Rebels briefly, but take into account Rogue One Catalyst (No Spoilers).
A character in Catalyst gets a promotion and and other officer makes the remark about his Rank Badge getting another square added to it. Now, considering ANH officers mainly had single rows I think it is safe to assume that Until the destruction of the Death Star Rank Bars are one line.
Now to comment on something from Lost Stars
It is mentioned that War only officially broke out between the Rebels and Empire after the destruction of the Death star. There had been skirmishes etc before hand, but not an out and out war. Now that the Empire was officially at war they may have remodeled the ranking system as they were drawing in tons of new officers since they had lost a lot previously.
As for his Rank. I would assume that it is a Lt. Commander.

Makes sense to me.
Could we also add if Cape B is used 1 of 2 rank bars may be worn (Assuming that the uniform underneath is the same for now)

I'm thinking the coat is some kind of canvas. Looks like some tent material to me. I also want one for those outside troops in the rain.
Would the rain coat be a different costume?

Would the officer boots from Imperialboots work for Krennic?

I know I will have to change things so shooting myself in the foot. But I would say belt greeblies and code cylunders etc should be screen accurate for basic. Boots I would say go with what you have for officer crl's (ease of getting boots that match)
Cape should try to mimic the seams at least.
Now, non crl question, best place to purchase boots and gloves (first officer build/first 501st build). And are the gloves seamless?

Tunic is just like the line officer but in white. Cape, I am thinking cotton Drill. Lightweight, and should work great. I am guessing though. I'm very new.

Pinewood studios could have 3 or four films being shot as well. Impossible to tell until the film comes out though.
Just looking at that big image. He has metal cylinders on his belt, any ideas on those?

It is a different marketing campaign. Don't rely too closely to what TFA did because that was special. Lucasfilm only had to prod most people and inform them that the story was continuing. Now they need to inform people that this is a new film, set in a new area.
This will be a new trailer, maybe with some Celebration footage sprinkled in.
Also. Hi. First new post on these forums and really wanting to do a Krennic build, so I have been watching this thread and build threads very closely.
