Your best bet is to go through the sales threads and private message hat makers.
@MKate21 makes a great hat.  As does Demon Dog Studios on Etsy.  20 Eye Designs on Etsy has a good reputation as well.

I feel like maybe I'm in the minority here as I loved The Last Jedi. I had some minor reservations, but after seeing it a second time, they went away and it's now my second-favorite behind Empire.
 
And if we're keeping statistics, I'm an original gen fan, too.

I am in love with the new trilogy and think TLJ was amazing. And you can say nothing to change my mind. A lot of the fans I have talked to are mad about the way Luke was written but just read this and see if that changes your view at all.

Very interesting.  Construction looks good, and I love the color.  That fabric looks almost... knit?  Doesn't look like other garbardines that I've seen, and I'm not sure I like that.
 
I agree with James, I'm also unsure about the snap closure for the tunic, instead of a zipper.
