    Reminiscing on Star Wars

    I was 9 back in 77 when Star Wars arrived at the cinema and my father took me too see it! I begged him to take me too see the movie and he hated it as he was not a sci fi fan. The opening scene with the star destroyer just seemed to go on forever, I was hooked from then.

    Just wanted to share an interview that I was invited to partake with AC Worldwide. They are that cool company who produce the Star Wars Bluetooth speakers of Darth Vader, Stomtrooper and C3P0 helmets!

    Krennic Cape

    Good point James, I have been watching Rogue one a lot over the past few days as it is available on stream now here in the U.K. To study the cape a bit more. I have my tailor to add the stitching to the collar of cape and add the two false pockets. I will show the cape once it is back from the tailors.

    I agree the Krennic cape will need additional stuff added like the two pockets and extra stitching on the neck panel but I think it could be salvaged for basic clearance. I too have the CPS Version in my own personal collection and would not consider it for 501st approval even though I have modded the jodphurs, jacket and added belt,blaster, dosimeters and rank badges.

    Yes they do that size as it is a UK size 11, if you look at the listing they need some other measurement so that you get a pair of boots that are bespoke to your feet. calf and leg length is needed. Cheers

    the olive version is just going into my helmet collection as it does not match the cosplay costume colours but the black version I wish to use for staff officer and Reserve pilot. I already have the olive cap that you kindly donated to me which is perfect.

    Unfortunatley I do not do Clone Wars or TFA eras, I have no interest in those myself. I understand the series switches to the Galactic Empire with Darth Vader and the likes later in the series?

     

    The other problem is my wife will probably look at me strange if I start watching "Cartoons" at my age!! lol

    Only watched the first few episodes of "Rebels" when I was babysitting my nephews but I really cannot get into the cartoon version of this fantastic genre! It must only be me as I know it is a very popular series for adults and young ones.

    I collect all Star Wars original trilogy hot toys, sideshow, black series and Gentle giant collectables as well, So Join the club!

     

    I started collecting the 1/6 figures like 15 years ago and expanded into the full scale costumes in 2015. I think once you have the collecting bug it's hard not too keep adding to the collection!
