As you already know, Lucasfilm was able to embody familiar ANH characters on the screen in the face of already two officers (not counting Tarkin, since he is partly made in CGI): these are Hurst Romodi and Wullf Yularen. For them, they were able to pick up actors who would be visually similar to those that appeared in ANH. However, there are still some characters who also have the possibility of a possible appearance on the screen, in any future projects. It would be interesting to know your vision on this matter, as well as possible candidates for their role.
For example, General Cassio Tagge. I noticed some very clear facial similarities between John Reese-Davies (Indiana Jones) and Don Henderson who played Tagge.
I think he could fit the role with CGI rejuvenation. Who do you think could play Admiral Conan Antonio Motti and General Moradmin Bast at the moment? Someone very similar to Richard LeParmentier and Leslie Scofield.

Hello @Kalani-
The same stitching is seen in Andor. Dedra Meero has the fake pocket on her left chest and the visible stitching on both of her hip level pockets.
With regards to other references, I believe the Kenobi coats are recycled from Rogue One (streets of Jedha) but I can't find a decent screen cap that shows the coat style was updated.
Where did you find this frame?

So, I studied the recently appeared information on wikipedia about episode 12. In the article, in the list of appearances, as well as in the article by Ferrix garrison and in the description of the plot of the series, they are marked as army troopers. Thoughts? However, I expect to see more information in the future.

I thought I'd share these pictures here, which are of the 3, gray uniformed wardens that were in the prison control centre. They seem to be wearing the same style flightsuit, and officer hats, but their uniforms, seem to be made from a "Glaucous" fabric, which is a type of gray/blue??. The topstitiching on their flightsuits is again the same layout but in black rather than white. Not sure if these could classify as a "version 2" of the prison warden or if they would get labelled as a separate crl. But I hope these references help
I couldnt find any references to their boots, but I'd say they would be wearing the same style jackboots or those special electric insulated boots.
Note. In the first frame, you can see the shoe strap peeking out from behind the console. This suggests that these are ordinary boots, and not electrostatic.

I think all armyes should get their own home, own detachment.

I'll add an unnoticed detail. Supervisor Lagret wears four blue buttons. In the Dillan-Crossman tabel of ranks in the ISS section, this denotes captain. And now the question. The insignia of the army and ISS in the tabel of ranks are different. The Jeems had an army insignia (RRRB), the officers in Andor had only blue ones, as did the ISS, with the exception of Colonel Yularen. How can these be put together? Maybe the individual divisions of the ISB differ in their ranks? Those in the line of investigations and security - like those of the ISS insignia, those in the line of the army - army insignia, etc.?

@ImpOfficer do you have any good shots of the comlink? Source of info?
Judging by the appearance, this is clearly a comlink, there is something similar to buttons and indicators. But at the moment there is not a single frame that could show his appearance better. I will certainly look for a frame where it will be seen best.

The one to the left of the box is the comlink. To the right of the box is a holster with a Merr-Sonn Power 5

Black jumpsuit with white line, electrostatic boots...

Looks like ESB and Dark Forces 1/2 Navy trooper (Imperial (fleet) commando))

Yes, this officer and his colleague Molok should have been done for a long time. I tend to believe that this is the Army's Military Operations Department. The officer from turbolift hall and from the bridge are the same person. In addition to this officer and General Molok, I met another one in the same place near the turbolifts, in the footage from the top view and one of the cut scenes, in the picture below. Here, by the way, you can see how significantly the color of the form differs from the ISB. Previously, many fans confused them.

Attention! I just discovered this detail in the last episode of season 2. Has anyone else noticed this?
I've looked at this screens several times and I get the feeling that this officer was wearing a Rangetrooper chest plate! The light from these LEDs can directly indicate this. Also, in this photo below, you can clearly see something like the top of the plate.
Can anyone grab this moment frame by frame in 4K and professionally highlight it in Photoshop so that you can see this detail better?

I'm pretty sure the costume is the same as in Rogue One. Only the emblem has been replaced. I love that they stick to the idea of unifying the costumes, rather than creating many varieties, as in OT. I also remember that in one Darth Vader comic, there was a medical worker in the same suit. However, there was the emblem of the mudtrooper medic. I believe that the costume designers decided that it would be logical to distinguish scientists from different departments with their emblems.

I believe that after the defeat at the Battle of Yavin, Palpatine carried out a massive military reform in order to increase the combat power of the armed forces of the Empire. The replacement affected everything: from weapons and insignia, to ships. This is the only way to explain the sharp change in insignia after Yavin.

If its not in the game, we can not put capes in the CRL.
Concept for the game. In general, this restriction greatly limits imagination and some possibilities, but I think it is suitable for informal events.

The coat is confirmed. Now it remains to wait for the release of the series to see it closer.
