We haven't looked at this before, but we will take a look and see what we can do.

As with everything, we need reference photos and then someone needs to want to do it.  If the references exist and the person does it like the references, we will find a way to put it in a CRL.

We use the forums here to to display ALL impending changes.  If it is not listed in the forums we do not do it.  The forums is not just our record of what we are doing, but the record of why we are doing what we are doing.  Granted, we keep track of things using spreadsheets and other project management tools, but that is just for the staff organizational purposes.  The text of the changes will be found here.

Correct me, if I am wrong, but @gmrhodes13 has all already provided everything you asked for at the top

After my recent submission for ROTJ Navy Trooper L2 I thought it would be nice if the CRL could be updated.changed, I doubt many would know about the belt greeble or the fact you can't wear drop boxes even when the CRL says you can.

    Navy Trooper

    Summary of L2 requirements:

ROTJ: Has gauntlets and compad, but no code cylinders or headset. May have smaller horizontal belt boxes. (change to) Has a small greeblie (same as AT-AT glove greeblie) The AT-AT greeblie should be to wearers left of the buckle

    Optional Accessories

Items below are optional costume accessories. These items are not required for approval, but if present appear as described below.

    Belt Boxes

    For 501st approval:

    Dimensions are approximately 2 1/2" (63.5 mm) by 4 1/2" (114.3 mm) by 1" (25.4 mm) thick.

Project boxes are not allowed for level 2 and 3 clearance.

For level two certification (if applicable):

Belt boxes should include a lid on back of the box.

ANH navy troopers have two vertical belt boxes

ROTJ navy trooper has smaller horizontal belt boxes (change to) has a small greeblie (same as AT-AT glove greeblie) The AT-AT greeblie should be to wearers left of the buckle

Maybe he has an updated link for the commpad, but besides that everything is there as far as I can see... Since he is also cleared as Executor-Level, maybe he can take some current pictures to help speed things up? ;-)

  2. Hey guys,

looking to complete my Jumpsuit Navy Trooper in all versions of the OT, I was just on the search of the "smaller horizontal belt boxes" for the RotJ Version when I found the above thread from 2017 and this one

Is this change gonna be implemented any time in the future? Because it has caused me already some confusion and almost money for horizontal belt boxes that are not there/ apparently not necessary? And apparently caused also some other things like temporary rejection of Executor Status?

The horizontal belt boxes are definitely a wrong mention in the CRL.

    Also, as a additional question:

I am with the CRL team on CTD and our staff implemented a special thread last year both in closed CRL Team section and in the public part of the forum  that keeps track, which CRLs are in in the works, NTTL costumes etc. Just as a listed overview for all members. Below the first main post with that listed overview members can write down errors/ inconsistencies or just that they start a NTTL for the staff to follow before submission to the LMOs.

Is there anything like that on the IOC forum? I am not very often on here, but if I can help make things easier to overview, I wanted to share that as an idea...
