Sorry to bump this thread, but I'm coming up short on my digging/researching:

Does anyone happen to have screenshots from Live Action shows/movies of the Imperial Military Officer (non-saga) Version 2 wearing the Chelsea style boots?

I've yet to find any. Thanks!

The Chelsea boots are an option, but only with the straight-legged pants.

Just has a quick look and it appears though Dedra's tunic does have belt hooks its risen up at the front and there is a centre seam, EP 7 13:47

I don't have the screen caps at the moment, but the center seam and left belt hook can also be seen in the group balcony scene in the season finale.

  3. Cap-that.com is cooperating now, but just in case:

Episode 8, starting on page 23.

A bit out of focus, but you can make out the tunic with sleeve, chest, and abdomen pockets; belt with a pair of boxes and comlink on the right, Rogue One-style baton on the left; jack boots with strap.  Can't tell if any of them have the black shoulder "rank" stripes like the army troopers, and we haven't seen the armor yet (except in the trailer).

Are you talking about the Pre-Mor corporate security forces?

No, not the boys in blue with the lovely orange trim,

Has anyone given any thought to these guys and where they will fall? Since we see them under direct control of the ISB, pulling security when they were kicking the CorpSec officers out of their offices.

First seen in Episode 8, “Narkina 5”, 0:32:43-0:32:56

Cap-that.com isn’t cooperating at the moment, but these guys:

    kGTsAoG.jpg
So far they’ve been seen without the helmets and armor, and with soft caps.

  5. When I mentioned them in the “Army Trooper-Andor” sub-forum over on SpecOps, the reaction was “They’re ISB, so they’ll be IOC.”

When I first saw them, I thought they were Warrant Officers, but then I realized the tunics were different.

I’m just waiting to get a better look at them, and see how much of the Andor Trooper crl can be carried over.

  6. One of our garrison's Vaders has the "Baby Darth" version loaded in his sound system.

At the end of a troop, after we file out of view of the public - *click* "Baby Darth, doo doo doo doo doo doo ..."

It makes for odd elevator videos ...

I just need the reference pic, then I can add them to the chart.

    Wulff Yularen:

These are the only characters with known ranks that I could think of off the top of my head.

Great idea. I got approved for both that way, in the event that I forget either my rank bars or code cylinders, I can still troop in something that is approved.

I'm doing the same thing - I submitted my Staff Officer today, but when I took the pictures I also took ones without the rank bar and cylinders.

Once my Staff is approved, I'll send in the second set of photos for the Warrant Officer.

I think I have figured out why the tunics closes right over left instead of left over right. If the tunics were rented stock tunics from Bermans like the NY police and Russian summer officer tunics the procuction team were not permitted to change them in a major way. So this what they might have done do create hidden buttons. I think they used a seam oppener to take off the buttons and sewed them to the inside panel of the same side. If you do that you hide your buttons and can use the existing buttonholes.

And add a temporary layer of fabric over the cuffs and collar at the same time - you have the hall walker tunic.

Perhaps we are wrong about the color of the collar and cuffs. Maybe they are not brown. It could be that for some reason they just look that way in some screen caps.

I think we can say that they are, if not brown, a different shade then the fieldgrau.

If I may refer to my introduction post:

The color difference does not show up as well in the first picture, but it does in the other four.

(#s 4 and 5 are also nice examples of how fieldgrau can look both grey and green, but that's for another thread.)

The "Jankers" from the traditional german/bavarian store have no princess seams. If I look at the movie scenes I belive to see them though. Hard to tell through screencaps.

Again referring to my introduction post, this time specifically picture #3:

This was the best I could do at the time of getting an in-focus picture of the back of the tunic.  I know that there should be princess seams or a center seam there, but I can't see either.

  11. Just some thoughts, top to bottom:

    • Trench coat over (standard) officer armor
    • Keeping with Rogue One - code cylinders with blue tops and silver clips
    • That does look like a Ground Crew chest piece, doesn't it? (Hopefully that simplifies future CRLs and builds  ;) )
    • Knee/shin armor and ... cape, or rain poncho/armor combination?  The lines on the legs make me think the latter.
