mrrikki got a reaction from pm07 in Honest question: Why did the Sith Eternal Officer take so long to clear?
Because a reference was missing for the back, the LCO got the reference and we Green lit the crl. This was a great achievement getting the reference.

Also we then proposed to change the rules so this wouldn’t happen again, this got through council and a vote changing the rules for RLA costumes passed. So a really positive result.

WIki entry is complete for the moment. We need a costume description, though.

For the record, here's what we have so far:

Required Costume Components The following costume components are present and appear as described below.

Hair and facial appearance Costumer is clean shaven

Hat, White Cloth is a medium-weight suit material that matches the tunic and pants perfectly. Weaving in gabardine style is the most accurate. Color matched to tunic and trousers. The base of the hat is tapered, with a crown approximately 4" (101.6mm) high. Front and rear "flaps" overlap at the sides and are approximately 4 inches (101.6mm) high. The front beak extends down 3 inches and is decorated with (5) (6) or (7) concentric stitches. Imperial Code Disk in the center of the front vertical "flap". At the bottom of the front flap there is a red stripe 1.5cm wide, the same red as the stripes on the sleeves. Gold-toned vertical bars divide the belt into smaller rectangular sections. Each rectangular section is accented by gold-toned round in its center.
OPTIONAL Level two certification (if applicable): The code disc has a notch on the outermost disc. OPTIONAL Level three certification (if applicable): Code Disk exactly matches the prop used by the screen.

Tunic White fabric is a mid-weight suit fabric that matches the pants perfectly. The tunic is double breasted with a left-over-right closure at the tapered yoke. The yoke extends over the shoulder to the upper shoulder seam. The stand-up collar has square corners with a left-over-right center closure. The collar contains a modesty panel. The tunic has medium gray matt satin piping. On each shoulder are rectangular epaulettes in the same gray as the piping. The epaulettes have the dimensions 12.5cm x 7cm The sleeves are long and without cuffs or buttons. Sleeves contain 1 seam, on the inside. On both sleeves there are two rank bands made of gray faux leather in the same gray as epaulettes and piping. The tunic is constructed without topstitching (seams are visible on the outer surface of the fabric). The back of the tunic has a seam that runs down the center of the tunic from the neck to the hem. There is a slit on the back of the tunic that runs from belt level to the floor. On the outside of the sleeves, two parallel red stripes, as wide as the rank stripes, run the length of the sleeve from the epaulette to the cuff. The total width of the two stripes ends with the width of the epaulette. On the right chest is the Kamino Doctors patch. Additional tunic detail can be found here.
OPTIONAL Level two certification (if applicable): The collar is approximately 3.175 cm (1.25") to 6.35 cm (2.5") OPTIONAL Level three certification (if applicable): Tunic fastens on the right side with snaps or buttons. No stitching is visible anywhere. A lining is sewn in. The shoulder lines look very straight.

Trousers White fabric is a medium weight suiting fabric that matches the tunic perfectly. The trouser legs are straight, without rider flaps, and are worn tucked into the boots. Pockets are acceptable but must not be visible when the tunic is on.

Rank Bar The rank bar is worn on the left side of the tunic over the piping. Rank consists of colored plastic tiles mounted in a frame panel. The rank bar consists of three tiles in a row, one blue tile on the right and two red tiles on the left.
OPTIONAL Level two certification (if applicable): The bar is approximately 1⅛" (28.6 mm) high. The length of the frame plate is approximately 6 cm (2⅓") wide The dimensions of the rank plates are approximately ⅝" (16 mm) wide x ⅞" (22 mm) high.

Belt The belt is made from a non-textured brown leather or leather-like material in the same brown as the boots and is approximately 51mm wide. There are no loops on the belt. The buckle has rounded corners and is made of a horizontally brushed metal or metal-like material. The buckle is embellished with a Republican code disc in the center. The code disc is a stepped cone shape that looks like 2 discs stacked on top of each other. • The larger disc is 1.4 inch (3.5 cm) and the smaller disc is 1 inch (2.5 cm).

Boots The boots are made of brown leather or leather-like material, the same brown as the belt. If stretch inserts or zippers are present, they must be hidden on the inner shaft. Boots have a wider arch on either side of the ankle. The upper edge of the shaft is shaped as a cuff.
OPTIONAL Level two certification (if applicable): Boots do not have a zipper. Boots are made of leather.

Optional Accessories Items below are optional costume accessories. These items are not required for approval, but if present appear as described below. If adding in an accessory after initial approval, the item still needs to be submitted to local GML for approval before use.

Gloves Gloves are made of brown leather or leather-like material, the same brown as boots and belts. Gloves can be plain or have 3 stitch lines on the back of the hand.

DC-15S Blaster Manufactured by BlasTech Industries, the DC-15S is smaller than the DC-15A blaster rifle. Although it has a shorter range than the "A" model, it is easier to handle with a higher rate of fire. It features a folding stock for braced shooting.
Realistic clone style DC-15S blaster. Blaster can be custom built out of plastic, wood, metal or cast in resin. Blaster has realistic Episode II or Episode III details: wire frame sight, collapsible storage. Twelve (12) radiator fins evenly spaced along the length of the cylinder. Igniter detail buttons. Load the magazine clip on the right. The overall length is approximately 26" (66 cm). Due to the scaling, the Hasbro version is wrong.
OPTIONAL Level two certification (if applicable): The detail of the loading magazine on the clip is gun metal color gun metal. Detail studs and screws are gun metal gray in color. Ignition knobs have some copper tint. Blaster is weathered. The code disc has a notch on the outermost disc. OPTIONAL Level three certification (if applicable): Working blue LED is installed in the barrel.

Thanks Rikki, and apologies to others for not seeing this earlier.
As an update to the CRL, it was given the green light to go ahead by the LMO team some time ago now and I, as the IOC LMO, am just waiting for the wiki to be populated with the relevant text and images by the CRL team.
Once this is done it should be a fairly quick process to go through all the usual checks for spelling and grammar and set it live!

We are clear to proceed, but before we request the CRL Wiki be unlocked I'll see if I can get someone to photoshop these imaged in preparation for uploading.

As I understand it, @Imperialrebel is modifying her tunic's back to incorporate this updated information, at which point we will collect final images and prepare this CRL for submission to the LMOs.

Looking forward to finally getting this one out the door!

With this final bit of information, we've decided with the rest of the LMO team that this costume now has enough references to be build into a CRL

    Hello IOC.
I was contacted today and LFL have finally come back to us with info on the Sith Eternal.  The back of the tunic is a straight cut, not pleated, and there are two vertical seams on the back all the way down to the bottom edge of the tunic similar to the FOSB.

    What Daisy said!

    Hello everyone.
I’m Shaun and I’ve been fairly active here at the IOC for a while now so I’ve probably interacted with many of you already.
I’ll be Daisy’s 2nd here as reps from the LMO team for this term.
My biggest focus is growing the Legion. More costumes and more people wearing them! More Star Wars is good Star Wars!

Hello everyone, I’m Daisy from the Dutch Garrison and together with Shaun I have been assigned as your LMO team for this term.

    About Me:
My name is Daisy van Rijn, and this is my first term as a 501st  Legion Membership Officer. I’ve been in the Underworld Detachment Command for the three previous terms. I have six approved 501st costumes, four in the Rebel Legion and I have three unfinished 501st costumes that are waiting for the right weather or parts. I have been sewing since I was 19 and love sharing that acquired knowledge with others.

    What is an LMO?
The Legion Membership Team is responsible for reviewing and processing applications for membership, and maintaining and updating member information in the Legion database. The Legion Membership Officers drives costume policies, including acceptable costume types for membership and setting standards for costume submissions, and are the final arbiter of member costume issues and approvals. The Legion Membership Officer supervises and advises Detachments, Garrison Membership Liaisons, and Garrison Web Liaisons on any questions or issues they may have with member’s costumes. Have a question about membership these are the folks to talk to!

There are LMOs you can contact at any time at Legion Officers however Shaun and I are the ones who are assigned to the Imperial Officer Corps this term.
