Getting a personal trading card approved with the 501st or IOC logo would have to go through Legion Merch Officers. You could always skip the hassle and order IOC Detachment trading cards

Thanks!

Happy Holidays everyone!

Who would I have to talk to get a trading card approved with the IOC logo? Thanks!

I'm seriously interested to see which detachment Moff Gideon will fall into. I personally think the IOC because he's a Moff. But that's just me. I also hope they release a visual dictionary for the Mandalorian too, so we can get better view of his costume.
Agreed we only have one chapter left so hopefully we find out more. A visual dictionary would be great!

Minor spoiler warning, nothing serious to the plot, most of this was in trailer or set photos.
Season 1
The Client
Played by Werner Herzog
In Chapter 7 he's revealed to be an imperial officer. He rocks a pretty cool trench coat and Imperial medal.
Dr. Pershing
Played by Omid Abtahi
This guy is similar to Esro from R1.
Prisoner from Chapter 6
Played by ?
This guy only got about 5 seconds of screen time in the background. We know almost nothing about this guy, we don't even have enough photos to make a CRL, we don't even know if he's imperial. People are assuming he's an Imperial officer because he is a prisoner of the New Republic and wears an officer tunic with a unique rank plaque , that's about it. I doubt anyone will make a CRL for this guy, but I thought I throw him into this list for fun.
Moff Gideon
Played by Giancarlo Esposito
I think JRS and the IOC are going to have a custody battle over this guy, not gonna lie. His costume is definitely a hybrid of a Tie Pilot and an Imperial officer. He wears an officer tunic and either jodhpurs or straight pants, couldn't really tell. If they were jodhpurs they had very small flaps. From what I saw he wears standard ridding boots. His rank appears to be mounted on his shoulder straps. His armor and his ship is where I feel we may have issues. His armor is tie pilot inspired and he pilots a modified TIE in the show. Personally, I think IOC should get him because from what we know he's officer first and clearly a pilot second. Hopefully Chapter 8 will reveal more!
I'll update this thread when Chapter 8 drops next week!
Season 2
New officers in Season 2!
These guys use Rouge One/Solo code cylinders, hat pins, and belt boxes. They wear OT style ESB/ROTJ rank bars. They wield SE-14r along with that holster worn by the shield gate officer in Rouge One, apart from some detailing. The belt appears to be on different ways depending on the officer.

You can usually find equestrian boots on eBay and Etsy for a reasonable price, the trick is condition and fit. The other option is going custom with Mux (my preference) or Hessian Antiques.
Agreed, fit is very important! Make sure you get a pair that's right for you!

Of course you could always shoot your GML an email to double check before you buy, just to be safe. Just a suggestion.

My GML said they were not approvable. Guess it depends on the GML. Not trying to stir up the pot, just curious is all!

I do not recommend WTF for anything. Two bad experiences (one for myself, one horrendous one working with a friend), and generally not being overly impressed with his stuff I"ve seen from other people and build parties. I think his TK armor is thin, and it's very small- so if you're not a small or petite person, you'll be shimming to kingdom come. His TIE Inferno (I dealt specifically with Iden, but safe to assume the same for all since most of the parts are similar if not the same) was a hot mess.
My Shadow Scout is his kit (bought it off another member), and it's fine (came with a different, completed helmet, so no idea on WTF's Scout bucket).
I'm in the fence with Walt. On one hand, I like his selection. But I've noticed some of his kits come with imperfections. I would recommend moncal or @CantinaSecurity for navy trooper helms personally.

The max size of files (1.44MB) Is for all attachments of my account?
Yes, but I wouldn't recommend uploading directly to the forum. I'm going to direct you to what Rebecca said! Hope this helps!

That clears that up. Thanks!

So i'm working on a staff officer and its going good. After I want to make a line officer. I noticed in the line officer CRL they used a black poncho as well, but I see poncho makers making olive green ponchos. So why is this? Do we see a line officer in R1 wearing a black poncho? Thanks!

On the bright side, it doesn't show in photos! So looking back at old troops, you'll never notice!

That's very sad to hear. I'll still try to see if I can shore it up, even a little, but I take your warning seriously. Dry cleaning was able to remove some of the stains, but not all of them. And there weren't that many...
I'll just see how things pan out, but I don't have much hope. At least I'm learning! Albeit the hard way...It's disappointing, but that's how we learn.
