I first went for the link given by Kalak above for the auction. I was actually the highest bid and won. As soon as I won I called him, Mr Zhee. On this auction all of his standard sizes are available but turns out that for me, with pants the calf size was not 50, it was 51/52, so he mentioned that this would not be possible. He did have one 50 but he told me that this 50 wouldn't fit very well and if I'd go for 44 the shoes would not be comfortable. Well, I did trust him based on my experience with local stores here in UAE. So I went for this custom-made option. That's 250£ + shipping to the UAE 50£ (maybe shipment to Europe is cheaper, given that he is based in the UK). I ended up paying 300£. We started the measuring right-a-way and by the end of the night, he already had it all, very attentive and professional.

Lol. I just faced the same struggle when I wore my tunic, haha. I was wondering if that was a common thing for everyone else. xD
 
Also, looking very good mate. I wonder, are you feeling comfortable with this neck? Sounds like a bit of snug. If you are comfortable then gg.

I contacted this store directly (I placed the bid and won xD), so well, contacted the owner and ended up going for the custom (the one @kman suggested). We already did all the measurements and this gentleman soon he will start working on my request. I believe he is a long reference for boots around 501st as he mentioned he has several "costumes", even some Brazilians. I saw his work and it seems impeccable. Thanks a lot, guys!

The problem is that I already have the white tunic custom made by a tailor.. I can`t change that now...
 
Also, thanks for the link @kman. I`ll be on the lookout for that. I just contacted a local craftsman, let`s see what he says!
 

Hessen isn't great at communications, I've noticed.  Check their EU site to see about shipping to UAE, perhaps?  (hessen.de)
 
The ISB v3 boots are standard OT officer boots, looks like.  You have the option of the top adjustment strap, but it's just an option, not required.  Boots are likely more versatile without it, although there are other costumes that use the version with the adjustment strap, too.  Just do your homework first to make sure it's right for the ones you want!  Or keep it simple and go without.

I am going to have to get custom sized boots due to my large calves and while doing research into mux leather I found these boots on eBay. I believe them to be the exact same ones as kman listed above just a little cheaper since they are being sold on eBay vs the mux leather main website. The boots are sold all the time on eBay but the listing expires every couple days so if this link expires before you have a chance to look let me know and I can give the new link since I keep a close watch on these boots. If you click on the read more option in the description it will show a chart on how to measure your foot/calf and then the list of standard foot and calf sizes that you can choose from ranging from xs to xxxw on the calf and four different available heights on the boots.

I have custom officer boots from Hessen, I highly recommend them.  Great quality, a good price for what you get, and comfortable.  At 20'', custom is likley going to be your only option.  
 
Officer boots tend to be the hardest part- unless you're just willing to sell out about as much for them as you did the entire rest of the uniform.

Howdy, Gabriel! Remember, you also have the option of going for a "Social Officer" build. One benefit is that low quarters or chelsea styled boots are far less expensive than riding boots. Here's the CRL link if you want to check into it:

Yes, the custom boots from Hessen or the ones from Mux Leather are going to be the cheapest good options, in that size range.
