Your local Garrison's web person, the GWL, is the one who collects and submits those photos to the 501st site.  You have to deliver a photo you want used to them; it's not automatically done from your submission photos.  I suggest reaching out to your local Garrison / Squad command staff and inquiring, and they can tell you who to send your preferred photos to!

I was able to remove and sew the fasteners on myself... with difficulty. But this is where I got. It looks fine, I think. But it's a pain to fasten and I think I'll have to make some additional modifications with the actual fabric the loops are attached too. I need more length, so that it's not so tight when i'm trying to fasten the collar. But for now, I think this should work.

I can’t do mine up on my own either, at least not without struggling in front of a mirror for five minutes, so don’t stress too much about that. 

Lol. I just faced the same struggle when I wore my tunic, haha. I was wondering if that was a common thing for everyone else. xD
 
Also, looking very good mate. I wonder, are you feeling comfortable with this neck? Sounds like a bit of snug. If you are comfortable then gg.

It's totally true, the neck fasteners are a huge pain to fasten yourself.  A little help goes a LONG way.  And don't even think about trying it with gloves on!
 
A mirror definitely helps, although not as much as another pair of hands.

Probably. The collar itself isn't that tight that moving the fasteners would be a problem. I may need to learn up on my sewing skills first though lol.
