You're usually free to carry unofficial ones that "look the part" at any troop where your local command staff approves it, in general, but not for any Canon troops, if you participate in any of those.

 

But unless it's a good match for official references, we can't add it to an official CRL.

Need to see the references, assuming they're licensed and legit, and get photos good enough to use in the CRL, then they could be added.

 

If they're just fun things that look the part but are not part of the real lore, then we can't add them to the CRL.  You can carry them at Cons and such, depending on your local garrison's rules, but we can't add them to the CRL in that case.

Good morning, my name is José Carlos. My suit is that of an Imperial Science Officer.
I have seen in some Garrison that some officers carry a datapad (see photos 1 and 2) but it does not appear on any CRL. I have made one (see photo 8) and I would like to know if it could be added to the Imperial Science Officer CRL to be able to take it on missions in the Spanish Garrison.
I would like to know what steps I have to take to be able to do it.
