Pretty much any bespoke uniform make could make gray jodphurs pretty easily.  There is a vendor list posted, although I'll admit it's not well-maintained (and it wasn't pinned anymore for some reason, so it was hard to find!).  There is a plan in the works to take care of that, but it's still a decent starting point:

May I please ask if there is a list of trusted vendors, and/or 501st/IOC member vendors for the following items:

 

 IOC armor parts - specifically, Moff Nyna Calixte neck/chest armor?

 

IOC grey jodphur officer pants?

 

Please pardon in advance if I missed a trusted vendor list (previously posted).  But it never hurts to hear new updates.
