    Exciting stuff to see a new costume get brought to the legion, even if it's not IOC! I also agree with your sentiment here, this is a great way for cross-detachment co-operation! If an IOC member wants to make this it gives them to join a new detachment they might not already apart of, or if an IGC member wants to make this, they can get help with the uniform from IOC members! We're all in this together!

    For my own curiosity, what's going on with the horns on the helmet?

    At first I thought that they were the same as Mauls Deathwatch soldiers, but looking at these pictures again and looking at a picture of deathwatch I'm having a hard time telling. They seem less pointy. I'm sure that the creators of the helmet took inspiration off it though.

    Are there 3 horns? (1 in the front, 2 in the back) or is it 4? (2 in the front, 2 in the back)

    That’s exciting! You should post pictures of how they turn out when you get a chance! I love the mixture they are of Tech’s goggles and Lobots headband! (Im not sure if they are actually cybernetic implants or not, but they look generally like Lobots and other characters implants)

    I haven't had experience with crows props boots so I'm sure someone can better answer that for ya, however I did wanna chime in on an idea.

    Does your wife do well with shoe insoles? I did a quick google and they make cork insoles specifically. I know sometimes running stores can take 3D scans of your feet to help match you to a pair of normal insoles or even create a 3D printed insole fit exactly for your foot. The former is what I did for my walking shoes and they helped improve my walking/pain tremendously. If you did insoles you'd get whatever boots you wanted and then just slip them in. I've been meaning to get a second pair for my boots as well.

    Oops, I had already ordered it before I saw your reply. Oh well, I’m sure it’ll be fine. Like you said it’s approveable which is important, also the black matches better then the green I have, and it should fit better because it’s the correct size.

    Also what you said about getting a matching officer uniform in the future is now an idea I’ll consider sometime when I’m able!
