I agree that this is a separate CRL for Doctor Pershing against the Imperial Medical Technicians for a few reasons.

The distance between the two appearances in universe is 27 years. 

Doctor Pershing's uniform has different colored  trim, straight pants with chelsea boots (versus clone war era boots), different belts and buckles.

@Dader ID7021 if you want to start a Doctor Pershing thread in the New CRL area, please do and post reference photos.  As soon as we have enough I will submit it to the LMO office in order to proceed.  DO take a look at the Galen Erson CRL and you will find much of the language that will be used for the Pershing CRL.

Pershing has been accepted as his own CRL.

So, unfortunately, this CRL did not get approved. I totally understand though. Hopefully Gallius will show up sometime soon and we'll be able to bring him to life. We'll keep working though.

I was interviewed today by a local TV station for their afternoon newscast.  I think that it went very well.
 
We also need to change the CRL.  The Staff Officer is now in the First Order.

@Angelus is working on an Ochō CRL. I see in the first picture of thread that in the artbook there is some drawings of the ISB guy you're talking about. Maybe look into that?

It was 8 years ago I signed up to this forum to explore joining the IOC, and after disappearing due to starting a new career, I can finally be proud to join the ranks.
I had my Imperial Security Officer approved last weekend, just in time to make it to Supanova here in Perth, West Australia. It was a great first troop with some truly excellent comrades, and it was such an excellent crowd. Looking forward to attending many more, and to seeing all the wonderful costumes, props, and activities of everyone here!

DarmansProps on Etsy makes holsters as well. I got an E-11 Holster from him and it's very nice.
Here is a link to the SE-14r holster. There are two listings for a "male" and "female" officer but I don't see much of a difference

All the greeblies (helmet rangefinder, back spine, belt emblem, chestplate details, and backpack detail) all made by me.  The ABS is from MonCal.
 
The uniform base is obviously my Clothears Imperial Officer.

It's a very fun game. But like Shayan said, this asset looks to be fan made as are most the assets you download in the game

I feel like there's not too much to look into - like the name implies it's a game built around fan-made Mods. Often those mods are created from or straight up ripped from other games. Either way, it's not an asset that comes from an official Star Wars source. It's fan-art, same as the 2D drawings, etc shown throughout the thread.
