Here we go!

Again, do we know for sure *all* boxes have been metal on R1? How do we know that cast or printed boxes haven't been around from the start of the anthology projects?
That's a fair question. I don't think 3d printing was at the tipping point when R1 came out, but didn't Philo make those boxes for that movie? They do seem to look more metal like than the Andor boxes. Keeping in mind those decisions were made a while ago.

So the corners and the square cutouts. For clarification, in Andor at a distance, the corners look rounded, but it's because of an exaggeration of those fold lines, likely to make casting them easier. See here on Lt Gorn. Hope that makes sense.

Thanks Josh! Always appreciate your expertise and clarity.
And I appriciate you folks asking the questions!
It may take a few weeks to push this through, so, in the meantime, if anyone has an issue getting approved because of the color, please reach out to me.

We called out materials because before Andor, all the boxes WERE metal and thus, making that a L2 thing.
We added in "resin" to generically note the Andor style boxes which were NOT metal, but painted castings.
So, we actually need to differentiate between metal anthology boxes, and non metal Andor boxes.
Thoughts on this take:
Belt boxes (Non-Saga style) -
Dimensions are approximately 2 inches (50.8 mm) wide, 3 inches (76.2 mm) tall and 1 inch (25.4 mm) thick.
- "Andor" style belt box dimensions are approximately 1.77 inches (45 mm) wide, 2.64 inches (67 mm) tall and 1 inch (25.4 mm) thick.
- Two to be worn vertically, one each on either side of the belt buckle.
OPTIONAL Level two certification (if applicable): - *Belt boxes are made of metal. "Andor" style belt boxes may be cast resin or 3D printed equilivant.
- **Non metal boxes should be painted silver to match screen references.
- **Non metal boxes have a “stepped 90-degree cutout” in the shape of a square on all four corners of the face of the box.
OPTIONAL Level three certification (if applicable):
*Boxes may have a pill shaped detail in the top and bottom.I know this is all Beehaz specific, but we do need to have a largert conversation about Belt Boxes.
We should also consider allowing 4 belt boxes for the security prefect. Do we want to open that to the big 3 or keep it to security officer?

There isn't any more difference in Andor tunics than any other tunics when compared with their movies.
ANH belts had unfinished edges and no grooves
ANH Tunics and anthology uniforms have longer skirts.
ESB and most of ROTJ have shorter skirts.
ANH and anthology have higher collars. For those reasons, there's no plans for an Andor specific CRL.
We just need to update the crl tro match what we added to Dedra's:
- OPTIONAL: White material may contain a very light gray tint (a cool white as opposed to a creamy warm white).
- Keep in mind ambient lighting has a dramatic effect on photographs, so a cool white tunic may appear to be warmer based on lighting.

Apologies for being such a sith head about this wording again @chicken45, but the way it reads currently seems like the pill shaped detail ONLY applies at level 2 if it's in resin.
If that's not the intention, I suggest adding that as a second bullet point, like this:
good call. I’ll adjust and move pill to L3. -
@kman see post above

You should not have any issues getting the color of the tunic approved. The biggest thing we’ve seen was the collars being too tall. They should be under 2 inches for Meero and Partagaz, and most of the others seem to be around 1.5.
@kman can you post those pics you did? -

I can pull for more screenshots, but the way the wind is blowing, we allow both OT and non saga gauntlets for basic approval, and the split version for L3 (like we have for the non saga grew and INTs).
The ANH Staff Officer allows gauntlets so, they are already floating around out there anyways.
-
This Kenobi Broh got gauntlets.
Proposing the same as non saga crew.
Black Gauntlet Gloves - Black, leather or leather-like, enclosed fingered, non-textured, fitted gauntlet style.

Circling back on this.
Is there anything actionable for me to update? -

So on my tunic here...5 inches. I put in that extra inch for wiggle room because I know there's folks out there bigger than me.
-
@kman sorry...it looks like the emails between the LMO and us were getting bounced. Here's the recap.
In short, newer (RO to Andor) uniforms use longer darts, and the darts should be as long as they need to be. I happen to know a giant man in Ohio who is doing an officer uniform and want to make sure he looks fly! (It's Marcus)
Charles posted screenshots of of Partagaz and Wullfie that show the dart being longer than 3 inches.
I went into the weeds with this and did some more research.Malcolm Sinclair (Yularen) is 6 foot 2. His dart extends about an inch below the top of the code pocket and almost inline with the bottom of his rank.Anton Lesser (Partagaz) is 5 foot 5. His dart also extends an inch below his pocket. Are the same length? Nope.By contrast, here is me. I am also 6 foot 2. This is what I look like with a 3 inch dart.Look at the bunching. THIS is what we are trying to fix and clarify.Let's look at some more officers and their darts.Remember- current language in most of the CRLs say "between 2 to 3 inches".Petigar (Andor)Dart ends 1.5-2 inches BELOW the code cyl pocket.Munbrin (from Solo)Ends right at the pocket.PuntaExtends past the pocket.Moff Jerjerrod (ROTJ)His dart extends at least an inch below his rank bar.TarkinHe's 6 foot, but thin. In ANH, his dart ends above his pockets. In Rogue One, it extends below the top of the pocket.Ends an inch above the pocket. -

Bringing closure to this:
We made the change to ISB Supervisors and Dedra:
OPTIONAL Level two certification (if applicable):
-
There is a dart present on the top center of the yoke.
- The dart may vary in size due to the size of the wearer's individual tunic and how it fits, but should be between 2 to 6 inches (50.5mm to 152.4mm) in length. Typically, but not always, the dart ends at or below the top of the code cylinder pocket.
We will update the black and olives shortly once they are unlocked.
