Now that we have cups, we need to advocate for canon sunglasses. Maybe we can get some space aviators or something.

I ended up using some tinsnips as material is pretty soft.

For those of us without a Chopper like Josh's, I suspect a simple box knife and good straight edge will do the trick nicely. (along with a fair amount of pressure)

chicken45 got a reaction from kman in CRL proposal Jayhold Beehaz Gala Uniform (Andor)
For transparency, I'm posting this here.
I spoke with @Callista about the belt boxes. I know earlier in the thread there was talk about belt boxes. I initially thought they used Rogue One Boxes and the suggestion was to make the smaller Andor sized boxes a L2 requirement.
The belt boxes in the pictures above are OT sized and too large. So, we are making sure they get the correct boxes.
EDIT: The boxes are correct.

There could be a very good argument made for this costume. There is only one group that wears this uniform in the New Republic. And that is captured imperial officers. Crix Madine got a rebel uniform. Iden Versio got a rebel uniform.
The only people wearing these are former imperials. Not all of the former imperials have joined the New Republic. Captain Bombardier wears a modified version of this uniform, but he is with a non aligned world in the Outer Rim. A world that chose to not join the republic, but had to conform to its dictates.
The broad assumption is that this uniform will go to the Rebel Legion. That is a broad assumption as everyone in universe looks at people in these uniforms, thinks and sometimes says "That is an imperial".
In any event, we have submitted to the LMO office for review.

Finally got my roll, what's the easiest way to cut it without damaging it, tin snips?

Our squad has just discovered these. Ohio is a little slow on the uptake sometimes.

We've proposed that SO many times, but very few other DLs have been open to it. (Read: I think one, maybe, but even they have been slow on actually coordinating anything)
I believe "hobnails" WERE intended to be in the original language of the CRL, because many boots of this era DO have actual hobnails, and people used to ask. Hobnails, however, on the bottom of the boot sole, and not on the front. The hobnail wording should be corrected to refer to the bottom of the soles, not the front. I swear it used to be correct... I think someone accidentally misunderstood the intent and "corrected" the language, and made it wrong.
Getting to the intent of this post, however, I'm not against adding a new line that addresses the toe plates that are present on some vintage jack boots (including one of my pairs). We need to be careful with wording, though (and perhaps supply an example photo, if possible), because I can totally see some idiot capping the toes of their boot with some massive metal cap that is not intended.
We want small and unobtrusive, like this: (photo toe plates of my screen-accurate vintage jack boots)
NOT something like this:
or this:
@chicken45 Let's add this to the list of small changes needed?

It's safe to say "it's probably the same ISB jacket".

Has anyone seen the ISB attendants wear these? Presumably they would do. Would you get a “one grey fits all” for all imperial officers? (unless ISB proper).
