VERY few companies produce the 451 tunic. Clothears may even be the only one, but there may be another out there somewhere. Otherwise you're looking at a one-off custom job from a tailor who knows what they're doing.
I'm sure Clothears could produce their usual black 451 tunic in grey, however.
Ah, but can we determine which grey was used for the uniform? I'm thinking about the issues figuring out the true color of the green uniforms.

Allyssa “BarnOwlofAthene” Alpert, requesting an advisor in Sussex or Kent county Delaware, U.S.A for help in a new costume.
Concept:
Chimaera Line Officer (Olive) referenced from the unnamed Imperial crewmen seen in Star Wars Rebels. Practically the same as the standard Imperial Line Officer (Olive) but with the Chimaera patch on the shoulder. I have enclosed images of these officers below, highlighting the patches on their arms, as well as myself wearing the costume. A bit redundant, but I have also included a screenshot from the canon webpage of the Chimaera, which mentions the patches worn by its crewmen.
Howdy, Allyssa! Since your proposing a new CRL for a costume your best bet would be to start a thread in the IOC CRL discussion setcion. Here's the link:

The Chimera Line Officer has been discussed in the past, and I'm sure members of the CRL team would be interested in your proposal.

Those files look like the Tie/Bridge Crew compads.

You need to submit your costume photos to your local Garrison.

Lots of members have trooped in other parts of the world, all it takes is contacting a Garrison where you'd like to attend a troop and see what events they have planned in the future. Sign up on their Forums, and see if they'd accept an out of area 501st member to troop with them. Most if not all Garrisons are glad to play host to other Garrison members.

Hi guys im looking to buy a pair of custom jack boots from them without a lace and buckle. My question is where do i tell them about my calve size and other measurements?
Right here:

Well done, Liam!

Instead of sewing on stirrups, I use military boot blousers, they're inexpensive, easy to put on, and easy to replace when they finally wear out. No sewing needed.

Here's the link to request IOC access to the Forums:

Once granted, you'll be able to record your troop activity.

Welcome to the IOC, Frank. The black flight suit is the base for 5 different Legion costumes (Bridge Crew, Tie Pilot, Tie Reserve, Navy Trooper, and Imperial Gunner). As far as boots go, the ones used in the films were West German "Knobelbecher" jack boots. You can find them on Ebay and they turn up at online surplus stores. Some members have used engineer type boots as well as some motorcycle boots (which may require removing extra straps and buckles).

Can't tell from the photos of the jumpsuit, but the hat is a no-go. If someone was approved with one their local GML needs a talking to. I always recommend Wampa Wear for the jumpsuit, belt/buckle, and gloves. Their hat isn't bad, either.

Getting a personal trading card approved with the 501st or IOC logo would have to go through Legion Merch Officers. You could always skip the hassle and order IOC Detachment trading cards

My GML said they were not approvable. Guess it depends on the GML. Not trying to stir up the pot, just curious is all!
They should be, they'e listed in IOC Costume Resource List.

Lots of members have purchased these and they are approvable:

If you've had an IOC costume approved by your Garrison then all you need to do is request IOC access to the Forums here:

Congratulations on your Scanning Crew approval. Looks like you'll need to request full IOC access to the Forums. Here's the link:
https://www.imperialofficer.com/forum/index.php?/topic/1670-501st-ioc-member-status-requests/
Once approved, you'll be able to see the IOC members sections.

There was talk it a while back, and I think someone was doing a build. I just don't remember which section the thread is in.

The Detachment offers patches and other swag on the Forums, but I noticed from your avatar that you still need to request IOC access. Here's the link to do so:
https://www.imperialofficer.com/forum/index.php?/topic/1670-501st-ioc-member-status-requests/
Once you're cleared you'll be able to see the IOC only threads which include swag sales.
