I can't tell for sure, but it looks like there's a seam in the front shaft of the boot, which is a no go.

Wampa Wear is pretty good quality for the money. You could try Clothears, they make custom tailored Officer costumes. Here's their Facebook page:

Congratulations on your approval!

Wampa Wear belts are very good, lots of members use them (including me).

Hello Ron! I'm a part of this initiative so I'll chime in here.
Thanks for the response. The link leads to "Content isn't available" is because its a private facebook group. Anyone on these forums who troops with Timberline, Alpine, or Mountain garrisons that haven't seen this in their garrison specific threads are welcome to join. PM me and I can get a group invite to them.
As for the the IOC recommendations, I've seen them, yes. We're in the formation phase, so we're soliciting members. Once we have a list, a name, and a logo we'll submit to leadership for final approval. If this thread is better housed in the Command Division forum vs. here in the officer's lounge, I'd have no problem with admin moving it.
Neil, I don't think there's an issue with where the thread was posted, I just wanted to make sure that the fledgling group was following the advice in forming their new Command Division. Looking forward to another IOC Command Division on the map.

The link says "content not available". Was this discussed in the IOC Command Division section? If not, check out the thread for forming a Command Division. Here's the link:

It's probably best to post a few photos of you wearing the uniform, that way you can get a little feedback on what (if anything) needs tailored. Maybe start a WIP thread.

Salute.

Do you think there's any chance the JRS Detachment might want this CRL?
-
If it's the type of PVC rubber that Derby Ovation boots are made of, you should be OK.
-
There's also coin and trading card Facebook pages in case you're interested.

I'd recommend checking out the 501st Legion Patch Collectors Group, lots of folks buy, sell, and trade patches. Here's the Facebook page:

Cosplaysky is ok, but you'll probably need to have them tailored to fit, and I believe their hat still isn't approvable. Wampa Wear offers a Line Officer set which is pretty good for the money.

Pretty clear if you bother to read the answers beyond that, Kelly.
Please don’t be your usual condescending self to me here unless you actually have something to ADD to the conversation?Andrew, this kind of reply to a post is why members get banned from posting on Forums. If you have a personal beef with a member, then take it somewhere else. The Forums are no place for bickering or personal attacks.

Welcome aboard, Mark! It's good to have another crewman on the bridge.

Well your options appear to be limited at this point if you want your pants to match your tunic. Maybe order another Cosplay pair on a larger (and longer) size which you'd have to have tailored to fit. Or go with a new outfit from Wampa Wear. Hope you get things squared away soon.

Are we still in an absolute deadlock on this one? Thought I’d ask as I’ve been reading some more heated discussions re: crl creations and it got me thinking back to this one.
I think the plan is to re-submit the CRL for approval after the change of Legion Command early next year.

The only reason the Imperial Army Troopers wound up in Spec Ops was they were the only Detachment that volunteered to take them in. No other Detachment wanted them.
