Angelus got a reaction from Wombat in Color for line officer poncho?
What It said on the CRL, it is an under as "Optional Accessories".
But Line Officer with Poncho, It have been told as they may be do not have in the movie setting and people fight over it (and derailing the issues with other issues).
If you want to do the Line officer with something, go for the Trench coat instant.
But if you do want to do with Black poncho with a Line officer outfit for 501st main events, just take note that it will look really weird the color is really mismatch of color.

yes this design. Just that in TFA, when we first time saw the admiral with a cape. As for TLJ, as this picture that you just posted shows that they do not wear the cape. But what change between from TFA to TLJ is only the costume department in the filming will know why.
It was just info from two actors who were on TFA did said that they were wearing the classic Jodhpur kind. As TLJ DVD is not out, I did not know that they were inside the movie.
And what I wanted to point out mostly that even if it is not a wrap, at least the design of the pants will be to be a colonel look as both share the same kind of look.
As the rank, that is from TFA was Admiral. The looks from that picture Dawn posted from TLJ, it is a Frist Order General rank.

So I did one design to try out sometime ago.

No one is really worry about the clock. In most of the post that people are writing here, are not really talking about the cape but the pants.
So do not worry so much for no reason.

Angelus reacted to captsafe66 in CRL announcement.
Hi there everyone.
I just want to make a quick announcement about the CRL process. Since we have a new LMO rep this year and a New LMO in charge of the LMO office, there will be a brief delay in any updates for new CRL being finalized or published. Hopefully by mid March, things will be up and running. However, that doesn't mean the preliminary work in this forum needs to stop.
Thanks for all the great input.

Adding my own opinion that it's lighting.

Angelus reacted to Exaldear in Propose on TFA: Admiral
So because I can see the exact folds present in most officers of TFA (Including Hux/Lieutenants/and even Hask in BF II) and you cannot, you are right?
If it was just one character you could claim it to be a trick of lighting. However, we have two characters, standing side by side with clear lines from the light on four knees. On top of the mathematical odds of that being poor costumes (that is a low percentage) we also know how jodpurs are because of our costumes. They do not have those lines unless the lower parts of the jodpurs are twisted around the leg. This would result in similar lines, but would also play havoc with the rest of the johdpur (upper leg) that Marc has already highlighted as not happening.
We also know from TFA that most black claf officers have that wrap, so even if we go by your logic of getting random uniforms from the set, they would have used the wrapped version as that was the most common.

Angelus reacted to Exaldear in Propose on TFA: Admiral
I disagree. In the other shots I have clearly seen the folds of the style the Hux has. The only part not seen in the back of the tunic, but that is fine, as the cape would be mandatory, very much like the Vader CRLs (cause we never see his back).
