I'm now on my second pair of line officer boots from Hessen and can't seem to get any to fit my feet. I have a wide size 12 US and originally ordered size 12 boots which I wore once but eventually mothballed as my entire legs went numb from the cut of blood to my ankle/foot. I have since ordered a second pair which I meticulously measured and had a cobbler check my measurements before sending in as custom boots do not have a return policy. I got the boots in today and I think the only way my foot will fit in the boot is by breaking my feet. Is anybody else having this problem with getting riding boots that fit? This is a nightmare and I'm out now over $700 and don't have a pair that will fit.

Should I continue to try with Hessen, or is there any other vendors who can make good quality boots that will fit a wide (odd shaped) foot.

Wow, the lines in between the tiles... would've never seen that. I did however make my first rank bars with the spacing that Veers has- thoughts?

Both my husband and my tunics ordered in Feb. were too short, and mine was too tight in the chest. They're supposed to be sending replacements, but they asked me to pay $20 for each one. We're not complaining too much because I didn't include the length measurements, and quite frankly, I know better. But I did include the chest measurement and even added extra just in case, figuring that if it were too big, I could have it tailored.

Scott and Lance, I have your replacement belts packaged up and the shipping label applied. I will drop them off first thing in the morning. I'm confident that you will be happy with the replacement leather.
 

Hey guys, I apologize for the latest round of belts that seemed to have some texture to them. I am absolutely willing to replace any belt that someone received that may have excessive texture on it with a smooth more stiff version, and more Imperial in my opinion. I'm making sure in the future to double check my orders before cutting them into strips. Again, I'm going back to my old version of leather which is stiffer, but smooth as a babies bottom.
 
My apologies, it's not my intent to rip anyone off, but to supply a high quality product to fellow troopers. This leather side just slipped through the cracks. I'll do everything in my power to make any mistake that I've made right.

Gary and Shannon are great people.   Glad it's working out for you!

Agreed, he seems very solid, and his buckle is top notch. I hope if anything this thread shows his willingness to make it right for a customer. He says that the replacement will be much more stiff (I'm assuming as it's a tougher hide as it would have to have the texture removed). But, I figure its better to have a stiffer belt anyways (less chance of flopping around).. phrasing? 

Awesome suggestion! I have met him and Shannon, they made all my patch jacket patches. I didn't even think about that they would make imperial stuff ha! I am gonna drop off the fabric to them and get the hat made. Thanks for the advice! 

Thanks everyone for your timely responses. The seller has agreed to send me a new belt that doesn't have texture and that matches the pictures listed. It's possible I just got a bad batch as they seem to have good reviews.
