We are cleared by the LMOs to have anyone create this costume.  There are enough references to it.  Show your work and we will work with you to get a CRL created and we will submit the costume to them.

Folks, this is a CRL thread. Let's try to keep focused on that. 

We are waiting on the LMO office.  Hoping for good news shortly.
 

I've known her for 15 years.  She's amazing.  Right now, the more references the better.

And I would go take a look in the recent non saga ISB CRL thread.  We have a lot of screen caps there and in our galleries at the top of the page.

the results from the LMO poll will be back in 7 days.  I'll let you know what they say.

Sky my first concern and the concern of this administration is that all members be able to do the LFL licensed character that they want to do.  We have a history of advocating for women's costumes and CRLs where it had previously met a lot of resistance at both the LMO office and previous IOC administrations.  Where there had been resistance before can be discussed in a separate thread or you can speak to the IOC detachment's diversity officer if you want to know more.
 
Deedra Meero CAN be done this moment with the existing CRL.  But if you want to have a separate CRL just for her with the same available parts, I will put that forward to the LMO office to vote on.  And we will pursue it through the normal process as you put your costume together.

I have moved this thread to the New CRL area of the forum.  I will formally request the LMO office if this potential costume can proceed.

If members want it, we will put it forward and advocate it.

Our main mission has and IS that any member will be able to do the costume that they want.  And we will strongly facilitate it.  

@Sebastian  I am sympathetic but we have to take that to the LMOs.  They are the arbiter of if this uniform is generic or if it is a face character.  Now I believe that EVERY uniform SHOULD have the option of being generic.  But they have the final say.

What I mentioned above has been the traditional threshold of what is generic and what is a face character.

I will try to get them engaged here.

And here are a couple of work in progress photos of how the uniform is getting along.
In a couple of days I should have more photos of the Version One (Without the cape and ceremonial belts) and the cape should be not a long way after that (possibly a week or two).

This is an important discussion I would like everyone to be a part of.  There are two parts to it.

One, we want to reflect all of the officer boots used with these uniforms particularly with the non saga officer uniforms. 
 
Two, we want to be as accurate as possible with what we allow in the CRLs.

But collecting all of this information will provide greater options that we want available to those who utilize it.

absolutely.  But recognize that we NEED someone to make it first.  and then we will build the CRL around it.  the boots should become one of two options.
