I don't know how this works at all , but I understand that there isn't a CRL yet for the officer costume that I'm making at the moment.

It is now apparent that the ISB follows the same rank chart as the Security Services and does have some authority over them.

The ISB Major received reports from Lieutenants and rank was used interchangeably with their title's "Supervisor".   A single Lieutenant can be in charge of as many as 6 to 8 sectors. which is a pretty large territory.

Thank you very much Josh for writing  this!!! @chicken45. @buckrogersbarker

    I have some comments...
1-Regarding the helmet. I agree with including more options for the helmet. This helmet is bigger than the one that I have for my OT costume and it is the one from the maker that was used in the film. I agree that this could be level 3
2-Regarding the jumpsuit. After looking a lot of pictures and trying to find if the jumpsuit of the pilot and the others was the same, I found out 2 things and please, if someone has a different picture, let us know.
-The  anterior front zipper covering is only seen in the pilot. So, including that one as an standard for the navy and the crewman in my opinion is not correct
-Pleated area with grey stitching on back of each shoulder, starting next shoulder/arm seam and curving to side of suit under armpit is defined as level 3 for the tie pilot, but looking  carefully, this detail seems to be seen in every jumpsuit. I understand that when the tie pilot CRL came out, this characteristic was not defined and most makers made the  jumpsuit  without  it, then when it was found, probably was added as level 3. So, this is something that has to defined.
The question is if under this pleated area in the jumpsuits actually sold there is a black fabric that covers the zipper with the aim of removing it and use those jumpsuits for all the costumes.
3-Regarding the belt, according  with the CRL, it has grooves and I think that it should be the non saga belt
4-Regarding the gloves. It seems that most of them are using gloves. This ones are different than the ones used in the OT. I would add the extra piece of leather in the gauntlet area.

The other question is if this costume will be the same for the navy and crewman of they will be 2 separate CRLs as the OT. I included the 2 options. I also could get pictures as the other version of navy  trooper with the non saga officer suit and the helmet, so including  the  2 navy options and then the crewman
Thank you very much again for the big help on this!!!

Here's the draft CRL for this non saga INT.
My notes are in orange. Please provide input!

    Required Costume Components
The following costume components are present and appear as described below.

Imperial Navy Helmet MOSTLY THE SAME. CAN WE REUSE EXISTING PICS AND TEXT? For more detailed images, see the Imperial Navy Helmet Detail page. 12" (304.8mm) diameter black plastic dome. Front and back covers with holes over-laid onto dome, holes are approximately 7/8" to 1" (2 to 2.5 centimeters). Back "wing" extending about 4" (101.6mm) below the rim of the dome at the sides and about 7" (177.8mm) at the back, encompassing about half the circumference of the helmet. Ear blocks with a bend to match the flare of the "wing" over each ear at the front ends of the "wing" with geometric circle patterns in the top half and a spaced out area of "dimples" in the lower half.
OPTIONAL Level two certification (if applicable): Helmet must very closely match the details seen on screen, to include accurate “ear” details, and look proportionate to the wearer’s head/body.
OPTIONAL Level three certification (if applicable): Must exactly match a specific helmet worn on-screen.

Flight suit THIS TEXT WAS COPIED FROM THE JRS R1/SOLO TIE PILOT. WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT THE GIGLINE STRIP. IT MAY BE A L3 JRS REQUIREMENT. DO WE WANT TO ALIGN TO THEM TO MAKE IT EASY FOR FOLKS TO START OUT WITH A NON SAGA CREW/INT AND USE THE SAME JUMPSUIT FOR A NON SAGA TIE PILOT? One piece flight suit is made out of nylon. Grey or Black thread may be used Mandarin collar with a chevron shape. A silver embroidered or silver PVC Rogue One Imperial cog emblem, on a black background, is present on both shoulders. Both Shoulder cogs must have one spoke aligned with shoulder seam (one cog spoke in the 12 o'clock position) Emblems are aprox 3” diameter On the left forearm there is a compad pocket, with no flap and a window in it. Size might vary slightly to match specific compad. On the left bicep, below the cog emblem, there is a code cylinder pocket with no flap, and vertical stitching dividing it into pen sleeves. A piece of 1" nylon strapping is sewn below the pen sleeve openings and is the same length as the top of the pocket. A piece of 1.5” nylon webbing is used to cover the front zipper The bottom front corner of the pocket is cut off at a bevel on the side pointing in view direction, with the broader upside forming the border of the pen sleeves. The right sleeve has a cargo pocket on the bicep below the cog emblem. The pocket has a small chevron flap. Two (2) large chest pockets and (2) large front pockets below the belt, without any zipper or flaps. Both top chest pockets and below the belt pockets touch the edge of the belt area Two (2) leg pockets with chevron flaps, similar in proportion as the right arm sleeve pocket. Size may vary - (Typically the width of the front pockets equals the width of the leg pockets).

OPTIONAL Level two certification (if applicable): Shoulders are slightly padded. The front zipper velcro closure is left over right. Imperial cog patches on the shoulders are PVC rather than embroidered. Suit uses dark grey thread Code Cyl pocket has six sleeves. three short, one long and flat, and the last two pleated. OPTIONAL Level three certification (if applicable):
    * Shoulder cog emblem is 3.1 inches. Front zipper cover has grey stitching on border, and five black vertical stitches. Pleated area with grey stitching on back of each shoulder, starting next shoulder/arm seam and curving to side of suit under armpit.

Belt SAME AS EXISTING The belt is constructed from a non-textured leather or a leather-like material. Approximately 2" (50.8 mm) in width, up to 3" (76.2 mm) is acceptable. There are no loops on the belt. A single large snap or rivet is visible approximately 1" (25.4 mm) from the buckle. The belt may be worn with the snap to the right or left of the wearer. The buckle is constructed from a horizontally brushed metal, or metal looking material. The buckle size is approximately 2 ⅛" (66.7 mm) high and 4 ⅛" (104.5 mm) wide with 0.5" (12.7 mm) radius rounded corners. Buckle is adorned with an Imperial Code Disk at the center. Please refer to the Imperial Buckle reference page for information on accurate and inaccurate style buckles.
OPTIONAL Level two certification (if applicable): Belt is made of leather. Snap is worn to the left of the wearer. Buckle has a slight horizontal curve.

Boots SAME AS EXISTING? Calf high black leather or leather like material. Free of laces, decorative stitching, buckles on the instep or any other embellishments. If seams are present on the shaft they are at the rear only. Boots may have a single adjustment strap at the top outside of the boot, with the buckle no wider than 1". This need not be functional. Jackboot buckles should not be shiny/can be painted dingy grey or gun-metal color. Hobnails may be present on the front of the jackboots. Zippers on the inside of the boot are acceptable, so long as they are concealed. If the zipper is not covered by vinyl/ leather, it is painted black. German "jack boot" style boots are most canon.
OPTIONAL Level two certification (if applicable): Boots are made of leather. OPTIONAL Level three certification (if applicable): Original German jack boots (or “Knobelbechers”) or an authentic replication thereof. Boots have the top adjustment strap.

There are a couple schools of thoughts on this.  There is the fabric texture that would most be like the republic officers wore in Revenge of the Sith.  Theirs is not as much as an diagonal weave like the officers of the Original Trilogy and the non saga series.

Then there is the school of thought that this is animated and since it is, fabric type is very much left up to interpretation.  Take a look at the two CRLS that are from this source and era, the clone wars animated series.

Does the fabric have to be like theirs (other than the color)?  Not necessarily, but in thought and design it should be the same uniform with color differences.

This moment anyone can do Tala Durith as she is an Imperial military officer Non saga.  All of the items in her kit are available.

As a general rule if a character is doing something that is considered part of a standard generic uniform, you can already do it.

If they have an accessory that can be added to the CRL, if someone makes it, we will be glad to take a look and possibly add it as an option to the CRL.

Where we get in trouble is when someone does something unique: Krennic's cape was only worn by him.  Those are the only occasions where a character specific CRL is made.

It is definitely a grey.  I am not sure how far away from other greys that we have seen with Scanning Crew or AT-ST driver flightsuits, but I think there may be a connection.

Start a new CRL thread under new CRLs and provide as many references as you can there.  We will then bring in the LMOs to evaluate and let you know you can proceed.

Hi Robert and Daisy, this is an update of this costume. @Cookiedala @buckrogersbarker
I got a new jumpsuit that can be used with the R1 pilot, but also with the navy trooper and the crew. Also updated the pictures with this new one and included the 2 versions,  using the navy helmet and the officer one. This jumpsuit also includes the updated version with the pleated area on the back of each shoulder as seen in the pilot and the crew in Obi Wan.
Please, let me know if I have to change  anything else. Thanks

that is actually added on for the Rogue One TIE suits.

It would be nice to have that as a removable accessory so costumers can add it so they can do their TIE pilots and not have to commission an entire new flightsuit.
