You can either starch, I use the spray on type then iron or use an iron on stiffening material available from material shops.

Nice work, you could straighten your belt at the back a bit, not covering the seam.

For anyone unaware Photobucket does have an option to download your images as one folder. Go to your library, on the right side of the page under Share This Album there is another section Actions, download album is there.

 

Not everyone has been affected as yet, but it's only a matter of time,  unless you want to pay for Photobucket hosting

Both are approvable for basic, for higher levels (which some detachments offer) they should be vinyl not embroidered.

The CRL's do change from time to time and white has been the preferred option in the past, so to be safe I would stick with white.

Also make sure if fitting the cogs yourself that they are attached straight not slanted.

First time my Father had taken me out by myself, left my brother at home and went to see Star Wars at the Drive In Movies in 77, first time I saw a Stormtrooper I wanted to be one, who knew many years later I wouldn't just be one, I'd also have 17 other costumes ;).
