While at Celebration on Thursday I was wearing my staff officer uniform and a small child, who couldn't have been more than 4 or 5 years old and he was dressed as a Stormtrooper stopped in front of me, came to attention and gave me a salute. I promptly came to attention myself and saluted him back, I think that will be one of my favorite memories from Orlando.

I prefer the pin back. It sits flatter and the magnetic one can move too easily. To keep the pin back from spinning all you have to do is put on some sort of spacer before you put the clutch back on. I used a bit of foam here, but you can use almost anything.

I talked to them today as well. I was told that there will not be any more of the premier uniforms, but more standard will be available as soon as they can get more hats made.

On the Anovos website they have a chart which shows the measurements for the various sizes. One measurement is "body length". For example the "body length" on a Medium tunic is 20"-20 1/2". Does anyone know what this measurement corresponds to on the actual tunic? Is it the measurement from the collar seam to the waist seam or something like that?

I just voted for Legion Commanding officer and Garrison Commanding officer but I did not have an option for Detachment leader. I edited my info on the 501st forum to have me as part of the IOC but it says that it needs to be approved before I can vote? Is it possible to get this approved so I can vote for Detachment leader before the elections end?

After I got the standard Uniform for my wife and got to see it first hand I regretted not ordering one for myself.

I know there were other staff officers in the background scenes, perhaps when the Blu-ray comes out we can get some good screen shots of other officers.

So I received the Line officer uniform for my wife, overall impression is good. Luckily it fits her perfect and no tailoring will be needed. Just need to get her some boots, rank and code cylinders and she'll be ready to join the 501st.

Yup, I got the shipping notification for my wife's uniform, should get it on the 27th.

I've also noticed that the uniforms from rebels do not have the princess seams on the back however they do have one long seam down the middle of the back.

I'm also waiting on a First Order TK kit, Anovos says they will ship Q1 2017, not going to hold my breath.

Now, hopefully the uniform will fit my wife and then we can get her completed, submitted and approved well before Celebration.

Found this site the other day. They have lots of various 3D printed blasters for sale, not exactly cheap but perhaps a good option for those of us lacking in time and/or skills to build one.

Well not only do I have an order in with Anovos for a uniform for my wife, but now I also will be waiting on a First order Stormtrooper. I wonder which one I'll get first?
