Yes. I actually have two sets, since CosplaySky messed up the first one. They sent me a whole second uniform.

But also, I've ordered and started paying for a Clothears uniform, which will replace my CosplaySky one.

If you have 2 CPS tunics you could add red stripes to one of them and do the 181st dress uniform...

I've got my fingers crossed that we can grab decent pics from the Blu Rays... I really want these costumes to happen

Same here, admittedly for both you and I it's just the science officer without the shirt cuffs and a wider variety of rank options hahaha

But I mentioned the possible costume to some of my local members and they got really excited for it feeling like there's finally an officer suit they can actually do

I am looking for an advisor in the Delaware area. I am in need of critique for my First Order Uniform. I was trying to join as General Hux, but had been advised to try to start off as a First Order officer.  I feel I'm at a state now that I need hard critique. I had been working on this uniform for a long time now and it's gone through four revisions. Please, I can use some advice.

    Good morning Allison, PM sent.

  4. My wife and I had our first interactions with the 501st around 2007(ish) at a little con in Ohio (that no longer exists). Years later we had more direct interactions with the local garrison at a show in Pittsburgh. We wanted to join but kept putting it off to put towards paying off student loans, bills, saving for a house... blah blah blah.

2012 I proposed to my wife at Disney's Hollywood Studios during Star Wars Weekends (I miss SWW :'( ). While watching the parade, filled with hundreds and hundreds of 501st and Rebel Legion members, we decided right there that we needed to become members and come back and march in that parade on our honeymoon. And we did! We were both approved in 2013, and marched in that parade in 2014. We even got a special shout-out during the parade for being honeymooners marching together. If you'd like to see that parade it can be viewed here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uUlHojGnl9E

Why the IOC? To be blunt and honest... it was the easiest one to get started in. My first approved costume was a Warrant Officer, which I no longer have because I sold it to another member for his son to get approved in once he turns 18 - fun story, my tunic for that costume was the first for another member who upgraded to a newer one and sold it to me, so that costume will be approved for 3 members. My wife's first was a Scanning Crew, she also no longer has this one for a similar reason, she sold it and it became the first costume for a friend of ours. I really just wanted to get in and be a member, I knew there'd be time to get the costumes I really want later, I just needed that stepping stone to getting approved and joining the legion.

5 years later, here I am. If I could go back the only thing I would change is that I would have stuck to my guns more and started with the green suit instead of foolishly listening to local members who talked me out of it, citing things like "you'll never find a hat" or "you'll never get approved with the CPS green". I much prefer my green suits to my ISB and my former black suits.
