So I did talk to the guy who made the graphic, and it turns out he just sort of threw it together using MS Paint (!!) at the office, and saved it as a flat file.  He sent me one that's a little higher res than the one I linked above, but it's still not great if you intend to print it.  Frankly I think it would be easier to recreate it from scratch in Photoshop, using the same CRL source images he did, so everything can be manipulated at a higher resolution.  (It could probably use some 501st branding as well, since it's all from 501st CRLs, although that gets into a gray area, permission-wise.)
 
I might do this at some point if I have time, but I'll admit it's not a huge priority right now, unless you really need it.

I didn't enjoy the Canto Bight scenes in the movie, but the book is really good. Random Pulp Fiction-ish stories in a galaxy far far away.

I've seen this a few times myself.  I'm going to see if I can track down the source.

I think citing the source (like I just did) is a great idea. Name of the source (comic, show, movie, book, etc.) year it was published, maybe who published it (dark horse comics, del rey books, marvel comics, etc.)

I would vote to have the helmet optional.
Jeff does make a good point with the comparison to the officer hat, I more often don't wear my green one then do wear it.
Added bonus if the helmet is optional - We might have more people try and make that costume happen. I don't know too many people making those helmets and those that are I'm sure aren't pumping out hundreds a day for low low prices.
 
If I had to guess, purely a guess with no research or facts behind it, in Rebels they have the helmets because they're training to be TKs or Drivers. But now with the Thrawn comic we see all cadets, no matter what branch they're going into, wear the suits. Probably something that came later on in development and not right away when they were designing the costumes for Rebels.
