Not shy at all when it comes to what I do for fun, at first I got bugged all the time people ware expecting a reaction from me I dunno.. my favourite one was "Haha Dath Vader! did you get it from WaL-Mart?" Then I show them photos and there quiet. I explain why I do what I do, the charity aspect of it... the kids young and old that smile ear to ear, hospital visits, make a wish etc. Ive brought costume parts to work, that's always fun "want to try on Witchking gauntlets?" Not one person says no to that

Booked my holidays and hotel room just waiting for tickets to go on sale so excited!

First 501st costume was Vader. I literally had it on for submission pictures, got approved and the next week I had my first troop. My feet were screaming (boots weren't broken in), I had no idea how things were supposed to fit (had everything to tight) almost hit a cold air vent, doorway and various other things (not taking into account I am over 7 feet tall with it on) after I put it on in the underground parking. No fans yet, walked around for 2 hours could barely move without people wanting a picture... had a blast!

thanks for sharing, going to look for that tomorrow

I went with Cosplaysky and overall happy with it, I took a lot of measurements and sent it to them along with the chart I used. The pants and vest were on my doorstep in just under 2 weeks, I put it on and it fit very well, the pants were a tad big.. nothing a belt can't fix. I will upgrade at some point, there seems to be a few new vendors popping up that might be doing an officeruc as Magnoli Clothiers and possibly Anovos. Time will tell

I emailed them a chart where a took my measurements from, referenced the order number etc and everything came out really well

Excellent tip =) thank you for sharing

Just out of curiosity I sent them an email asking about a Officer costume

Going to submit an order in the next day or 2 to Cosplaysky, I sent them an email asking about the princess seems and modesty panel and they said it has both, i'll use the measurement chart at the beginning of this thread and hope for the best.. also going to ask for the elastic in the waist

I went to a tailor to get measured up, (took a size chart and used the measurements from the chart) I believe he tells you not to add inches.
